Train your staff to not make statements and to not run numbers that they are not prepared to stand by. All I asked was to keep my trade value out of the sale- and if that couldn't happen then I couldnt get a new car at this time. That was totally disregarded once I got there. Which is why I left. Regardless of what i jokingly stated during our last conversation, no dollar amount would make me change my review or the fact that I did not have a pleasant experience. That can't be changed. Also, I repeadetly thanked the owner during two separate conversations for making the effort of trying to make the experience better. I feel this response is kind of sad since I will have repeated dealings with this dealership during service visits. I just asked for what I felt was fair. I really dont know what else was expected. I lost my umbrella, you sent me one- I sent my thank you email asap. I cant change the fact of the matter that my dealings with my 1st salesperson was not good. Still feel my review was a fair one. I still look forward to seeing the new service shop in Kennesaw when it is time. Kathy Rice

This is the first that I have heard of your less than desirable experience in our servce department and I offer my most sincere apology. I have not yet fully investigated the facts surrounding your claims but do wish to say that neither my staff nor myself is perfect and I can assure you that the issue that has lead to your displeasure was not malicious and not due to incompetence within my shop.
