NEVER GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!! If I could have given them less than 1 star I would have. Not only are their prices outrageous but you will NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!! If I could have given them less than 1 star I would have. Not only are their prices outrageous but you will have a new problem or the same problem within a month of their so-called repair. I had a so called oil leak fixed 3 times! I had stopped using their service for a couple of years because everytime I had it serviced the next week I would have the same problem or a new problem but because I had the maintenance plan and the location was convenient I continued to go until my warranty ran out. When my warranty ran out I decided to have my repair done elsewhere which I did for a couple of years until this spring I received a invite to their spring service clinic where they would give you a free total diagnostic and since it was time for a oil change and radiator flush and they had new supposedly value prices I decided to give them a try. My car was running fine until that day. Suddenly I was informed I had a oil leak again for the 3rd time. Got that fixed, 1 week later I get a check coolant level indicator. I immediately call my service advisor and never receive a call back. 3 weeks later my car breaks down and has to be towed because all the coolant pours out. They tell me it has a crack in the radiator reservoir, and mind you prior to the radiator flush I had no radiator problems. I pay $808 and pick up my car and don't even make it home every indicator light in the world comes on. They take care of the tow back mind you a full diagnostic was supposedly done when they fixed the radiator and nothing showed up but now supposedly it needs a throttle assembly and intake boot and that will be $911 after I just paid $808 the day before. Needless to say I had my car towed away from there to another shop. Comes to find out that when they replaced the radiator reservoir a part came off and got stuck in the engine (no throttle assembly or intake boot problem that was quoted at $911). It was a quick fix of putting the band the fell off into the engine back on ($60). The shop I took it to even took pictures! Lessoned Learned never again will I do any business with this place. More
I am vey unsatisfied with my service experience over the last couple days with this dealership. I will consider it my fault that I let this dealer sell me a car that was just a couple weeks from rotor damag last couple days with this dealership. I will consider it my fault that I let this dealer sell me a car that was just a couple weeks from rotor damage that cost me $600 and that the recalls were not performed prior to resale. The rest of my problems rest squarely on the shoulders of this service dept. Firstly, the reason I came in was for an oil change which was overlooked and not performed. Secondly, the detail that I had coming to me from the purchase of my blatantly under-inspected vehicle was pathetic. My glass had fingerprints and just generally the work seemed subpar. The real kicker is that the logo/emblem on the rear door of my clubman was ruined! The black on it was like buffed completely off and so it no longer says MINI. Really?! I will pursue this further but just had to send this form to begin to cool down. I really do expect some type of reparations for this, at least a new emblem for my rear door. Something tells me that of I was someone who purchased a new BMW from them this would have gone better. Just Sayin' More

Scott was terrific in getting timing chain which should never have failed on a car with only. 51k miles repaired under BMW Warranty gratis. Unforttunately, service dept failed to reset door lock ( compute never have failed on a car with only. 51k miles repaired under BMW Warranty gratis. Unforttunately, service dept failed to reset door lock ( computer ) when car was returned. This resulted in windows and sunroof automatically going down every time you locked the vehicle!!!! Scott was able to get me the fix(lock/unlock with key) but this came too late...it rained the day we got car back and were unaware the car was auto opening all windows/roof. Next the radio stopped working. After installation of an outlandishly expensive computer module, car was returned ($699.00) unfixed. I took the car back and days later I'm informed ENTIRE radio will have to be replaced at a cost of OVER $1,000.00. ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. THIS WOULD BE IN ADDITION to the $699.00. MINI CORPORATE was of NO ASSISTANCE. I will now purchase a boom box and pursue ALL REMEDIES available under the law. Although Service Rep is outstanding, he is obviously not backed up with a competent service dept. I will be seeking BBB Intervention and may file a civil suit in Fulton State Court for damages. Still weighing options. More
This is the 3rd Mini I have purchased---the 2nd from Mini of South Atlanta. Since then (2005), I have been a loyal South Atlanta Mini Motorist. Amy Varghese has been the salesperson for my last 2 Minis. I have gone for test drives during special events and attended customer appreciation days. The sales staff has always been very pleasant and I get more personal, down-to-earth service compared to the dealer on the northside. My current Mini is a 2012 Countryman that I purchased in order to accommodate a car seat and stroller better than my hardtop. I had a difficult time letting go of my hardtop that I had only purchased 10 months earlier. However, Amy helped me through the trade-in and new vehicle ordering process. She provided updates as I waited for the vehicle production and arrival. She also stayed late with her manager Jason Powenski the night of my vehicle delivery. I would definitely recommend purchasing from these folks. More

I e-mailed this dealership about a new 2012 MINI Cooper S I found online. After a few e-mails with Amy Varghese, I felt confident enough to drive 4 hours from out-of-state to take a peek in person. Upon arriving, my wife & I were met by Alicia Miles, who took us on a test drive and explained some of the upgraded features (this is my second Mini). Amy then intercepted us and worked through the financing details. With Amy's help we were able to negotiate a GREAT deal on my new car & trade. Amy even found ways to entertain us while we waited for an error to be corrected in the finance department! We both left with a smile on our faces, which is saying a lot for a car dealership! I appreciate that this Mini branch still provides the kind of friendly, no-nonsense sales experience that Mini is known for. We had a great experience at BMW & Mini of South Atlanta and I would strongly recommend this dealership to friends/family in the future. More
Amy and finance manager, Erwin Wilson, were very professional and, especially in Amy's case, very enthusiastic. This was the first car I've ever had built to order. MINI of South Atlanta were able professional and, especially in Amy's case, very enthusiastic. This was the first car I've ever had built to order. MINI of South Atlanta were able to get a final 2012 allotment, allowing me to get an option, English Oak, that was going away in 2013. The built to order process takes a bit of time but Amy kept us up to date on build and shipping status throughout. Would definitely recommend. More

We had an extensive test drive during which Alicia clearly pointed out all the features. I decided that I wanted to go ahead with the purchase of a Cooper S convertible. The sale process was very easy and efficient. The team wanted to please. As this was a surprise for my wife, they assisted by picking me up in Atlanta to take me back to the dealership to take delivery at a later date. All in all, the smoothest car buying expeirience and we love the car. I highly recommend Alicia and the dealership. More
