The Ultimate Customer Service I'm a huge fan of BMW. I've been mulling over the last month if I should get one or not. Well, I decided why not? treat yourself you've worked hard. So on Monday I called BMW of South Atlanta and I spoke to a sales lady name Michelle. Michelle was very accommodating and helpful. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She made an appointment at 1pm. I droved to the dealership with my 2 sons in tow on my journey to owning a BMW. I was thrilled, enthusiastic and just happy. When I got there I was assigned to a car salesman name Kevin. Kevin was a gentleman. He asked what I wanted, how much I'm willing to spend to keep within my payment threshold. Kevin told me to sit at his desk while he went and find my car. I finally settled on a 320i white exterior with Venetian leather interior. OMG! the car is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Navigation with the premium package and the burl wood. Needless to say I agreed to purchase it. It was mine. Many thanks to Ms Debbie Mask, Kevin Sawyer, and Tanzir Rafi for making it happen.
