We do business with this dealer on a daily basis and we are treated like family. You would be hard pressed to find anyone to stand up to the challenge of resolving a problem and caring for a customer as well as these guys do. Bryce oversees all the service needs and personally handles our problems when needed with service 2nd to none! You can count on everyone from the GM to the porters to take care of your needs. Few people take time out of their busy day to say "thank you" these days but I rely on you guys often to take care of my customers and I appreciate all you do. Thank you gentlemen! - Jason More

Big mistake, run don't walk away from this dealership I traded a truck for a certified 2013 Bmw 328 convertible. It was certified which means that there service department went through the car and everyth I traded a truck for a certified 2013 Bmw 328 convertible. To me certified by them means absolutely nothing, and it apparently means nothing to North American BMW eaither. The day after I picked it up I had nothing but issue after issue. It went into the service dept several times. I have to say that I ended up in the Bmw dealership in Macon to have so many of the issues fixed because the service department in union city should be shut down. One of the issues was they put the wrong tire on the front of the car causing all sorts of shaking and alignment issues. I recently scraped the front air spoiler when parking and brought it into a reputable body shop where he showed me that the car was previously in a shop because the whole front air dame had been bonded over and repainted. I had made several complaints to the dealership as well as Bmw of North America, they advised Bmw of Macon for repairs. I can't tell you how sorry BMW has become. No dealership would accept me trading in the car with out loosing ten grand. I finally over the weekend had enough of this car which continued to have issues and it has been traded in to a local dealership. I am free of the worst car I have ever driven in my 58 years. This was not my first BMW in fact of the last 15 years if was my 5th. But it certainly will be my last. Avoid like the plague BMW of union city, especially there used cars and there service dept. one last note I was told by my service representative that when you make an appointment to have service done it's understood that you will not get your car into the service bay for 24 hours, that is the kind of mismanagement and stupidity that is running rampant within that dealership. As the tiltle goes don't walk away from union city BMW run away, and thank the lord above you don't make the same mistake I did by buying a certified used BMW. More

Bad BMW customer service! needed rear view mirror checked (was coming loose). He even said they don't repair BMW mirrors.....well where the heck do you take BMWs if the dealership won't or don't know what to do. Won't be buying anymore BMWs (or services) from this dealership! They SHAME the BMW Name & Brand I found a great 1 owner, clean Carfax BMW 328 with 32,000 miles. I had been in contact with Kourtney for the past 2 weeks, and even communicated via I found a great 1 owner, clean Carfax BMW 328 with 32,000 miles. I had been in contact with Kourtney for the past 2 weeks, and even communicated via email with the sales manager and an account manager. We agreed on a price. I informed Kourtney several times that I would be making the 300 mile trek from Charlotte, NC. I rented a car one way with the intentions of coming back to NC with my like new, pre owned BMW straight from the BMW dealership. I had a check in hand. All "T's" were crossed and all "I's" were dotted. I observed the car before I let her know that I had made it. Do you know that this BEAUTIFUL car had a large scrape on the driver's side of the front bumper. Even worse, this car had a series of significant dents along both doors on the driver's side and a POORLY repaired driver's side fender. The car was POORLY resprayed with paint. It looked liked the previous owner may have run up on a fire hydrant or something. The pictures and description were misleading, with NO mention of this damage that anyone in the world could see. Despite the immaculate Carfax, this vehicle has CLEARLY been wrecked and still in desperate need of repairs. How and WHY would they be allowed to sell this at the BMW dealership in it's current condition? I would expect this from a buy here, pay here lot. I used the restroom and walked through the ENTIRE dealership without a single acknowledgement. This is a BMW dealer. We walked past Kourtney, who looked absolutely NOTHING like the eloquent picture of her in her email signature. She was on the computer playing and did not greet us. After calling her to alert her that I was present, she shows up with a salesman who looked like he was just out of high school on his 3rd day on the job and tries to pawn him off on me. I stopped her dead in her tracks and asked why she did not tell me the car was wrecked before I made arrangements to drive to Atlanta. This lady says that she never looked at the car, and stuck with that as if it was a valid excuse. Seriously? Needless to say, that I ripped into her...I mean who on Earth wants to deal with Atlanta traffic for fun? I called from my cell phone before she made it in and asked to speak with a sales manager. I got his voicemail. I let him know that I was upset. I have received NO apologies, NO emails from the 2 guys AND Kourtney who were previously bombarding me with emails. Today, the cars.com price is about $500 cheaper. Do NOT deal with this POORLY managed dealership. As soon as you pull into the parking lot, you will know that this is a horrible place. What BMW dealership tries to sell a seriously dented up car with a clean carfax? A crooked and poorly managed dealer, that's who. More

BMW sets a suggested price for each part that they sell and BMW of South Atlanta likes to add 30% to 50% on top of that MSRP. This is simply ridiculous. It screws the people who are already in a bind and have to purchase items in an emergency. On saturday I needed to buy a thermostat for my car. The part number for the item has a retail price of $62.38. This is already a grossly overpriced part which can be purchased on-line for $22 if you have time to wait. BMW of South Atlanta charges a whopping $91.07 for this $62 part. I can think of no reason for this thievery except blatant greed by the people that run this facility. This review is written to simply give a heads-up to people who need BMW parts. Don't do a walk-up purchase at this facility. They'll rob you blind. They do offer an on-line discount purchase program that does offer lower prices but you have to plan ahead because these orders aren't always available the same day they're ordered. Mail-order is still the preferred manner to purchase parts it seems. More
