Genuine Caring When I first came to visit I was expecting to meet a certain sales person. Immediately when I get out of my car I am greeted and welcomed by someone a When I first came to visit I was expecting to meet a certain sales person. Immediately when I get out of my car I am greeted and welcomed by someone and I let them know that Im here to check out a blue bmw with someone I spoke on the phone with. He gets her and we start the process from there. Little did I know that this person who greeted me was later going to be my sales associate and Im so glad that he was. Orlando gave my wife and I plenty of time and space to figure out what we wanted and to speak with each other without being rushed or pushed in any way. You can tell he is just a genuine guy and wants you to be happy with what you get. Im sure plenty of people have that stigma that people in sales are just out to get you. You can see that Orlando gets pleasure from getting people happy and in the right car. Without a doubt I'll be back and I'll let my family and friends know about the team here because they got some great key pieces there.
