Best Oil Change so far. I don’t like car dealerships- period. I don’t look forward to going- at all. There is always a chance that we need the OEM to step in and resolve a problem and it leaves us very helpless as you can imagine. We do business with this dealer on a daily basis and we are treated like family. You would be hard pressed to find anyone to stand up to the challenge of resolving a problem and caring for a customer as well as these guys do. Bryce oversees all the service needs and personally handles our problems when needed with service 2nd to none! You can count on everyone from the GM to the porters to take care of your needs. Few people take time out of their busy day to say "thank you" these days but I rely on you guys often to take care of my customers and I appreciate all you do. Thank you gentlemen! - Jason More
Big mistake, run don't walk away from this dealership I traded a truck for a certified 2013 Bmw 328 convertible. It was certified which means that there service department went through the car and everyth I traded a truck for a certified 2013 Bmw 328 convertible. It was certified which means that there service department went through the car and everything was as if it were new. What a joke. To me certified by them means absolutely nothing, and it apparently means nothing to North American BMW eaither. The day after I picked it up I had nothing but issue after issue. It went into the service dept several times. I have to say that I ended up in the Bmw dealership in Macon to have so many of the issues fixed because the service department in union city should be shut down. One of the issues was they put the wrong tire on the front of the car causing all sorts of shaking and alignment issues. I recently scraped the front air spoiler when parking and brought it into a reputable body shop where he showed me that the car was previously in a shop because the whole front air dame had been bonded over and repainted. I had made several complaints to the dealership as well as Bmw of North America, they advised Bmw of Macon for repairs. I can't tell you how sorry BMW has become. No dealership would accept me trading in the car with out loosing ten grand. I finally over the weekend had enough of this car which continued to have issues and it has been traded in to a local dealership. I am free of the worst car I have ever driven in my 58 years. This was not my first BMW in fact of the last 15 years if was my 5th. But it certainly will be my last. Avoid like the plague BMW of union city, especially there used cars and there service dept. one last note I was told by my service representative that when you make an appointment to have service done it's understood that you will not get your car into the service bay for 24 hours, that is the kind of mismanagement and stupidity that is running rampant within that dealership. As the tiltle goes don't walk away from union city BMW run away, and thank the lord above you don't make the same mistake I did by buying a certified used BMW. More
