BMW of SOUTH ATLANTA ROCKS!!! I had to take my baby in to get her air bags replaced due to the Takata Recall and they were ALL so very courteous, kind, and efficient! Second BMW in less than a month! I purchased a preowned 550i from Quincy Jones and I referred my wife to him for the purchase of a new 2019 530i. Engine & ABS fault lights still come on after BMW service! The BMW Engine & BMW ABS fault lights on dash is the reason my BMW was brought in for service 5/10/2018 and I personally spoke to Service Advisor over The BMW Engine & BMW ABS fault lights on dash is the reason my BMW was brought in for service 5/10/2018 and I personally spoke to Service Advisor over the phone from my job that very day to approve the service. The BMW Service Advisor assured me the problem was solved for $4546.86. My daughter brought the car back to the device advisor in 07/26/2018 for the same BMW ABS fault light and BMW Engine fault light and service advisor said he ran tests on the BMW and could not find any problems. The next time car was driven the same fault lights came back on. Since I was back in town from my job today 9/24/2018 , I personally brought my BMW back in for the third visit because the fault lights are still coming on every time I drive the car. I travelled on my job extensively out of state. However, I called and was told to bring the car back in. Guess what the remedy is??? 1. Replace ABS wheel speed sensor 2. Replace rubber intake air boot 3.Replace intake manifold differential pressure-sensor 4. Replace battery to start the process. I was told by the manager on the job that the repairs made on my car after it was left on 5/10/2018 had nothing to do with the BMW ABS fault light and BMW Engine fault lights on my dash. This is what BMW repaired on my BMW: Oil change, replaced upper timing cover gasket and valve cover gasket, replaced alternator bracket seal, replace vacuum pump seal. And The Service Advisor who help us and explained the repairs to my family and myself over the phone is no longer working at BMW of the South. I left BMW of the South very disappointed in the lack of excellence in the service I received today by giving me the option of paying for additional services listed above or as I opted to do leave BMW of the South with the same problems I paid $4536.86 to repair. I paid $4546.86 to BMW of the South and I am highly disappointed in the most poor customer service ever with a dashboard covered with fault lights. More

Excellent Customer Service! I am beyond pleased with my experience! We took our 2011 X5 in for service and Alfred was beyond accommodating and detailed with the diagnosis repor I am beyond pleased with my experience! We took our 2011 X5 in for service and Alfred was beyond accommodating and detailed with the diagnosis reporting to my husband and I. After deciding that it was best to move on to a new vehicle, I called Sales and I'm so happy that B. J. Jones answered! He listened to my needs and he delivered to my satisfaction. The voice of the customer is key and I sincerely feel that my voice was heard. I also have to mention that our sit down to discuss numbers, warranty, and sign could have been stressful, but it was not! Ms. Janae Mitchell is a subject matter expert on insurance, necessary warranty, and other areas that I had questions about. She took the time to explain Gap Insurance and why it's important. She has a very good persona and her soft skills are beyond excellent. I felt at peace and very calm throughout the entire process. The team at BMW of South Atlanta is extremely knowledgeable and it is fitting for the luxury products being sold. Shirelda Feagen More
