This message has nothing to do with the work ethics of any of the service advisors. I have been going to BMW OF SOUTH ATLANTA for the past three years. All of the advisors that I have came in contact wi any of the service advisors. I have been going to BMW OF SOUTH ATLANTA for the past three years. All of the advisors that I have came in contact with were exceptional. My issue is with the disrespect I received from the Service Director thus morning, January 30, 2026 because of a negative review I posted. Let me remind you the contents of the review were all facts. On January 22, 2026 I took my BMW to be ser viced. I was then told by the advisor what the problem is and cost of repair. Once completed I paid and drove off. Within 48 hrs the same problem presented itself once again. Identical symptoms. Car remained parked until 1/27/26 due to icy conditions. Received email on 1/28/26 stating there is another problem and a quote. While looking at that the advisor called explaining what they told him to tell me. I reminded him I am having the exact symptoms from the the first time I brought it in. That repair was done. He came back with another way so call deal that entails me still paying more money. Told him my initial problem wasn't rectified, so why you are charging me additional fees. Communication went silent. However, as soon as the SERVICE DIRECTOR read my review when ge got into the office on 1/30/26 he ANGRILY called me. He stated, "because of my negative review we here at BMW OF SOUTH ATLANTA will not tolerate that, so unfortunately they won't be repairing by vehicle." Notice it's all in quote because that's EXACTLY what he said. To me tha sounds like he is chastising his teenage child. I can continue about this unfortunate UNPROFESSIONAL behavior from the Service DIRECTOR that throws a tantrum when HE receives a negative review. SERVICE DIRECTOR I STATED THE FACTS. YOUR BEHAVIOR was that of a PLAY GROUND BULLY. YOUR DEMONSTRATION TO ME AND THE OTHERS ON THE PLATFORM THAT YOU HAVE BULLIED IS A CLEAR INDICATION OF HOW YOU TREAT YOUR STAFF. IS IT THE REASON WHY YOU ASK THE CUSTOMERS FOR NOTHING LESS THAN 10 ON YOUR SURVEY. YOU SHOULD BE IN THIS POSITION WITH YOUR ANGRY ISSUES. BMW community if you still choose to utilize this dealership after reading these negative comments please use your credit cards. Had I used mine and not my bank card MR SERVICE DIRECTOR ATTITUDE WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH MORE PLEASANT. You can ALSO dispute charges on you credit card. My institution said they can't reverse the charges once it was authorized. Look around the waiting room the next time you visit. More
Made appointment for two recalls and was told it would take threehours. Six hours later after being told it would be fifteen minuets more three times or more it was done. Total lack of service.
