A dealership that conducted fraudulent auto sales! Be aware! I am suing this dealership right now for auto fraud! They sold me a maserati with broken wheel and heavily scratches all over the body of the aware! I am suing this dealership right now for auto fraud! They sold me a maserati with broken wheel and heavily scratches all over the body of the car while claiming it was spotless and like-new!!! I refused to take delivery of the car, but they literally said suck it up, and then the sales manager Richard agreed to compensate when I confronted. However, after two months of countless phone calls and all kinds of effort made to get my money back, the general manager James Poissant refused to pay for the replacement of a new wheel on the broken one. The fix of the car is in thousands of dollars! No wonder they scam people to get rid of the car! I was told the car was fully inspected, spotless, in like-new condition; I ask for videos and pictures but the salesman Dean emailed me videos and pictures of very low qualities and assured that the condition of the car was perfect and spotless so don't need to see clear pictures/videos. I took a 0 downpayment loan to get this car and now the car cannot be driven since I don't have to money to replace the wheel myself or fix any part of the car! They got the car really cheap and without inspecting or fixing anything that's necessary, they just sell it! I had the car inspected all the technician said the wheel was broken then glued together somehow to deceive people! The car couldn't be driven and did not pass safety inspection like they claimed! This dealership is doing some nasty business in NY, buyers be aware! If you have any problems with your purchase, the manager was never available and dodging your calls all the time, they just scam and hide afterwards, leaving the customers to pursue legal justice on their own. I will update this review as my lawsuit progress! More

Jim, the manager, was absolutely great at making the transaction for a new X3 work financially. Jeff made the lease paperwork a breeze. Dean got my wife the exact one she wanted, color, features, the whole package. Dean was great at responding to help set up the new technical stuff. The entire experience was positive in every way. Our previous X3 was purchased and serviced at South Albany. Casper Yim handled the sale and Brian Tearno did the finances. Neither are at South Albany currently, but we would have gone back to them if they were still there. Both were great. .Brad in the service area has been simply the best at making sure we get what we need when we need it. Our cars have been serviced by technician Marc Thompson, and there simply is no better. More

RED FLAG! BUYER BEWARE! During the week that we worked with this dealership (daily e-mails and phone calls), we provided our credit card number to place a deposit on a spec During the week that we worked with this dealership (daily e-mails and phone calls), we provided our credit card number to place a deposit on a specific car, secured financing, sold our other vehicle, and purchased plane tickets to retrieve the vehicle where it was to be delivered (we live on the opposite side of the country to this dealer). At the end of the week, we anticipated that we would receive more specific details regarding the timeline of transport but instead we were told by the salesperson (Kevin Twomey) that the general manager (James Poissant) had decided “not to sell the vehicle to us” and that “they had never run our credit card for the deposit” (even though it was provided to them within 24 hours of initiating contact). When we attempted to contact the general manager, he elected to go home for the day instead of return our call, even though we were assured by the receptionist that she hand delivered the message to him well within the confines of business hours. All subsequent phone calls to the original salesperson went unanswered. We are an active duty military family and frequently make car purchases in other areas of the country than where we live due to our nomadic and unpredictable lifestyle. We are savvy when it comes to these kinds of purchases and have NEVER been treated in such a reprehensible manner by any car dealership EVER. If I could give this dealer negative stars, I would do so. More

Car was worse after they 'fixed' it I dropped my car off, telling them exact;y what was wrong. They fixed it and told me it was ready, I can come get it. I paid, the bill was $900 more than agreed to. When I started the car I knew immediately it wasn't one of the items I mentioned when I dropped it of was the radio would not play music for the first 10-15 mins of a drive. When I started it up there was still no radio. I walked back in to service, and explained the problem to the individual at the desk. He looked at me like I was crazy and told me it will eventually turn on. When I refused to accept that he called a tech and told me there might a stuck button, again expecting me to go away. Finally the agreed to look at it, an hour later they told me I needed a part from Germany, wold take 4 weeks or so to get there. So having no choice but to drive home, I soon also discovered the convertible also is no longer working. Since all of these items worked when I dropped the car off, I don't know what to think. Do not trust them. They are out to make the biggest invoice they can, and they do not care about the customer at all. I can't recall the last time I was dismissed in such a manner, I fell completely belittled, simply because my car wasn't working right, they said they fix it, and they certainly did no such thing. More
