I am an in Australia and when Tischer started shipping internationally I started ordering parts for my BMW. All of this was done in a matter of hours and what eventually cost me $1600 to my door from Tischer, was $7000 locally so I was very impressed. On arrival, I noticed that Jason had split my order up into two good quality boxes so the parts arrived to me intact and were manageable as the weight was over 40kg. More

After visiting 8 dealerships trying to decide which type of car to buy, then narrowing the decision to a BMW and deciding between 3 dealers, it was easy to decide who we wanted to work with. Tischer BMW won hands down for information on the car we were looking for, quick to not drag me through the "let's see how long we can make them wait till I tell them the price", and friendlyness. Then after deciding to buy the car, I received even more personal attention making sure I knew how all the new gadgets on the car operated! Great service. Attentive, prompt and get the job done the first time. The service center used to be smaller and require appointments a few weeks out for regular service. For the last 20,000 miles I have been dealing with a front-end vibration and shimmy while braking in my 740i. Needless to say, I was at the end of my rope. Then I finally decided to take the car to Tischer. I've had dealings with Tischer in the past, but started using VOB since it is only five miles from my office. Now you have a satisfied customer who will be bringing his BMW's in for service to Tischer exclusively. The repairs were done in a timely and professional manner and their efforts with the after-market warranty made all the difference. As I drove back to the office from the dealership, I was all smiles. My car is riding like the day I bought it and I couldn't be more pleased. More

Since then I've moved to Marylan I've experienced a warm Tischer welcome. Last year I purchased my new X3 in Illinois where I lived at the time. Since then I've moved to Maryland. Upon scheduling my first service at my local dealer(Tischer), I was asked if I would need a loaner. My answer was yes. The next question was if I had bought the car there, My answer was no. The lady went on to say that she couldn't give me a BMW loaner because I didn't buy the car there. She did say that there is was an Enterprise rental that I could get a car from. I explained that I didn't buy the car at Tischer because I lived in Illinois at the time. It made no difference. What a wonderful first conversation to have with my new local dealer. I can guarantee Tischer will not be involved when I buy my new X5. More
