Once again, a great experience. We returned to the dealership to get questions answered on our comfort access and idrive. My first experience with Tischer was when I walked in to the dealership to ask a question of their service department. The service advisor who I encountered was incredibly short in his communications and acted as though I was bothering him. If not for the intervention of another service advisor I would have walked out right then. He seemed competent and helpful so I had them perform the repais to the logic 7 amp in my BMW 745i. In mid-December my check engine light came on and the car went into limp mode. I drove it straight to the dealership. I got a loaner car and upgraded to a car closer to the size of my BMW for an extra $20.00 a day. It was Christmas time so I had to drive my family to Florida. i was called on December 23d and told that my car would be ready on the 26th. I informed them that I couldn't get back to town until the 2nd. My service advisor insisted I would have to pay for the full price of the loaner the second my car was ready. I didn't hear from them until the 31st. My car was ready. I picked up the car on the 2nd. Paid my extended warranty deductible and left. My check engine light came on on the drive home. I left a message with Tischer and brought the car back that following Monday. They apologized profusely, told me they would fix the problem at no further cost to me, refunded the money on the loaner car they had made me pay for and gave me an upgraded loaner car. Once a week I got a call informing me that the problem had been fixed. They changed the computers, the valves, the wires, performed vacuum tests, more computers, each time charging my extended warranty company, sometimes Thousands of dollars. Each time they "fixed it" the next day i would be called and told that the check engine light was still coming on. Each time I said ok. As long as the warranty company was ok with it then I figured it was ok. Fast forward to February...yes February. I get a call saying they had exhausted all possible repairs outside the engine and needed a preauthorization for an $1153 tear down because it was considered diagnostic. I told them I wasn't wililng to pre-authorize a hunch on my dime since they had done so many "fixes" only to find out it wasn't the problem. I reminded them that I was told that the repairs would be completed at no further cost to me. At this time they started to level threats at me, demanding I return the loaner car because I was insisting they honor what they said they would do. It is now February 26th. My car is still not repaired, despite having received thousands of dollars from my extended warranty. Last night I received an email threatening to report my loaner car stolen, although i was given the car to use until my car was fixed. At one point the service manager told me that I mistakenly assumed that my car was repaired when I picked it up. Yeah...I laughed too. Anyway...long story short...these people are dishonorable. They lie, they break their word and when all else fails they resort to threats. In fact when I told them from now on I was recording our conversations so i had proof of our communications they hung up the phone. While the repairs have proven difficult, that doesn't relieve them of their obligation to keep their word and honor their agreements. I know that in this day and age the idea of the customer being right has gone out the window but it doesn't mean we should bare the burden at any and all times. My bottom line has a lot less wiggle room than theirs. These people obviously care much more about milking a repair for all they can than doing a good repair at the proper price and providing good customer service. If a company that provides good service and keeps their word is as important to you as the model of the car you drive, then I reccomend in the strongest possible terms that you shop elsewhere. More
Internet sales team is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Shane Reighard did a great job on my brakes. Service Advisor was great in taking care of rental car for me. I've taken my car to this dealership many times and have always left with smile on my face. They were very courteous and always offered me a free car wash, even after the most basic of services. I am an in Australia and when Tischer started shipping internationally I started ordering parts for my BMW. Jason helped me through the ordering process via internet chat to ensure I was getting exactly w internationally I started ordering parts for my BMW. Jason helped me through the ordering process via internet chat to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted and even provided several shipping quotes to give me several options. All of this was done in a matter of hours and what eventually cost me $1600 to my door from Tischer, was $7000 locally so I was very impressed. On arrival, I noticed that Jason had split my order up into two good quality boxes so the parts arrived to me intact and were manageable as the weight was over 40kg. More
I brought my 06 BMW 325i in for service on a Saturday. Kristina was very nice and great to deal with! She has to be on eof the best advisors i have delt with so far. After visiting 8 dealerships trying to decide which type of car to buy, then narrowing the decision to a BMW and deciding between 3 dealers, it was easy to decide who we wanted to work with. Tischer BMW won hands down for information on the car we were looking for, quick to not drag me through the "let's see how long we can make them wait till I tell them the price", and friendlyness. Then after deciding to buy the car, I received even more personal attention making sure I knew how all the new gadgets on the car operated! Personal attention, friendly, knowledgeable, I already know when I am ready in 2 - 3 years where I will be buying my next car. It was well worth the 45 drive from my house to Tischer. KDS More

Great service. Attentive, prompt and get the job done the first time. The service center used to be smaller and require appointments a few weeks out for regular service. They've expanded and it is a very smooth process now. All my work has been under warranty or per BMW's regular service plan, so can't speak to out of warranty work. More
