Fast great service! I just recently had my car serviced at BMW silver spring and Thomas was who I worked. He was delightful and he knew what he was talking about! For lack of better word "EXCELLENT" This is the only place I take my car to for any type of service. Before I started working with Thomas I use to have to take my car in for one thing or another at the very least once a month and at times twice. I finally got fed up and contacted Mr. Ptak. The amazing thing about Thomas is that he is not just only the BEST but he is also very sincere, honest, and reliable. I can always count on him to do what he said he would. He helps me prioritize what needs to be done and best of all I only have to take my car in for maintenance and my bill is very much manageable. It use to be whenever I went my bill was nothing less than $700. Now it's a fraction of that and less frequent. Thomas, truly and sincerely I thank you. I appreciate your attention to details, and your dedication. Thanks to you, I will never have to take my car to any other dealership. I've had to come in for minor service work three times in the past 6 months (not fun or ideal), each time Thomas has been MORE than accommodating to my needs. Being in sales myself, I know how important a first impression can be, Thomas is an excellent representation of what an advisor should be. The Service Star at BMW of Silver Spring I have a BMW service center much closer to my residence, but I come to BMW of Silver Spring since they won me over more than 5 years ago. I keep on I have a BMW service center much closer to my residence, but I come to BMW of Silver Spring since they won me over more than 5 years ago. I keep on coming back because Thomas Grant really takes care of all my car needs even when my concerns are unfounded. He listens to me and answers all my questions promptly. His attention to detail and his stellar customer service makes me want to go there just to be treated well. His smile is always present regardless of the busy morning rush. Consistent Outstanding Customer Service is a Rare Find! I have been a customer of BMW of Silver Spring for several years and two cars. I purchased both from this dealership and have serviced both here. Wh I have been a customer of BMW of Silver Spring for several years and two cars. I purchased both from this dealership and have serviced both here. While I have had the opportunity to service both cars at more convenient locations from time to time, I have elected to make the trip to Silver Spring. I make the trip because the culture across the board of this dealership from check in to check out (sales and service) is one of "consistently delighting" the customer. They always make me feel like I am the most important customer in the showroom and that is special. I have considered purchasing other cars I like, but because of the service I receive at BMW of Silver Spring, it makes me lean toward staying in a BMW. This organization is a very rare find! More
