He assists me with minor maintenance, to the major repairs, of my vehicle. Recently, Kevin helped me when all of the tires were low with air; and, now he coordinates the warranty repair for the door locks on my certified BMW. The Dealership is responsive to my needs from the purchase of a vehicle to its maintenance and repair. I strongly recommend customers to utilize the expertise of the staff at this BMW location. From initial drop off, to getting me a loaner car for the day, to providing me with periodic updates as to the progress of my vehicle, to pick up at the end of the day, Jose was there for me. After 3 weeks of purchasing a used BMW from BMW Silver Spring, I began to experience some issues with the vehicle. I immediately contacted BMW regarding my concern and frustration and almost immediately, Rachel replied and said “I will take excellent care of you as always.” What a reassurance that I was in good hands and the issue would be resolved. The issue was indeed resolved as if nothing had happen. Rachel is a breath of fresh air. She not only made sure that the situation was taken cared of, she also keep a smile on our faces. I recently moved from another state and while I stayed at College Park during my first week, someone took the four tires and rims away from my 650i. So I went to this dealership for helps and Thomas approached me proactively and that's how my experience got started. My first impression of Thomas is that he is a very friendly and professional service manager, and this impression stayed and enhanced along with the service experience - Thomas oversaw the services required for re-installing the tires and rims, proactively suggested checking the suspension healthiness via the alignments, as well as coordinated the body shop for rocker paint repairing, plus the loaner vehicle. He also had the 10K service completed during the process. He put me at peace of mind throughout the duration and kept me updated on the task completions. He indeed did an exceptional job and my overall experience is very satisfied. I'd highly recommend Thomas Grant for your service needs. More
