I recently moved from another state and while I stayed at College Park during my first week, someone took the four tires and rims away from my 650i. So I went to this dealership for helps and Thomas approached me proactively and that's how my experience got started. My first impression of Thomas is that he is a very friendly and professional service manager, and this impression stayed and enhanced along with the service experience - Thomas oversaw the services required for re-installing the tires and rims, proactively suggested checking the suspension healthiness via the alignments, as well as coordinated the body shop for rocker paint repairing, plus the loaner vehicle. He also had the 10K service completed during the process. He put me at peace of mind throughout the duration and kept me updated on the task completions. He indeed did an exceptional job and my overall experience is very satisfied. I'd highly recommend Thomas Grant for your service needs. More

Thomas filed a claim on my behalf with my extended warranty company and had the claim approved the same day. He kept me informed about everything that was going on,and gave me daily status updates. I got my car back, and it was cleaner than when I dropped it off and it was repaiered perfectly.To top it all off, I had a brand new 328xi as a loaner. This was the best service I experience I've ever had. Including when I owned a Mercedes. I cant recommend this dealership enough. PERFECT SERVICE!!!!! =) More

Thomas provides superior customer service I have been working with Thomas Grant as my service representative at BMW of Silver Spring since I purchased my vehicle in 2012. It never ceases to a I have been working with Thomas Grant as my service representative at BMW of Silver Spring since I purchased my vehicle in 2012. It never ceases to amaze me that he always remembers my name, my preferences, and what I prefer to have done or not done to my vehicle. I recently took my car in for a minor problem that wound up taking longer to fix than expected. Thomas made sure that my car was returned to me by valet so that I wasn't inconvenienced and I was thrilled to see that he even had the dealership completely vacuum and clean the inside of my car. I've never had such excellent service anywhere else. I'm leaving the state shortly, which is a huge loss to me because if I had the choice I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else for service. I'm very impressed with Thomas and the entire staff at BMW Silver Spring. Can't recommend highly enough. More
