Rachel explained everything thoroughly to me, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled for the work to be done. She kept me informed during the entire process of the status of my vehicle. She was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to quickly answer all of my questions. I must say she was absolutely the best adviser I have ever dealt with and I am now a BMW owner for life! More

I did not have a service appointment, however, Kristina was able to schedule my vehicle for service when my regular Service Adviser was out sick. She was wonderful and provided a BMW loaner car. Incredble experience I did not like my past experience with the previous dealer. I met with Mr Fastman. Mr Grant walked outside with my wife and explained the service he was going to do with her 650i. Pointed out additional items and he was concerned with the fixing and doing the scheduled repairs. He did so much more than the scheduled repairs and was extremely concern about our customer experience. Mr did the same with my X5 After the service Mr Fastman made sure both my wife and I were extremely satisfied..They treated us as though they sold us the cars and we were part of their BMW family THANK YOU MR FASTMAN AND MR GRANT!!!!!!!! This is the dealership I will ALWAYS buy and service my BMWs More
