Thomas Grant is Amazing! I can not say enough positive about Thomas Grant! Five stars is not enough for him. Simply amazing. I have been going to him for a few years now and I can not say enough positive about Thomas Grant! Five stars is not enough for him. Simply amazing. I have been going to him for a few years now and just when I think he has done all he can do.... He amazes me and does more. I have never had such wonderful customer service in my life. I'm 45 so I have had years to compare it to. Any vehicle issue I have had I call him and he is always so happy and helpful. He makes any situation as inconvenient as possible. He shows genuine concern for his clients. He keeps me coming back to BMW of Silver Spring. I have NEVER had one single issue with the service department, or any other department for that matter. Most people like to contact their sales guy with any problems or questions that may arise... I contact Thomas. I know he won't make excuses and he WILL solve the problem. FYI, I don't typically write reviews... so I hope it weighs a lot that I am writing this one. More

I have never met a more personable, genuine, honest, caring person and can't say enough good things about him. He makes sure you and your car is given the BEST possible care and goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you are very happy. You will not find a better person to assist you out there, trust me. I drive an hour (and longer) to go to see Jai, even though I could go to a different dealership within 20 miles of my home. It is that unique. He takes the time to explain everything, calls you to provide updates, and will call back promptly, if you leave a voicemail. I always come in happy and leave even happier, thanks to Jai Jennings. He truly is there for you and treats you extremely well. I did not have a service appointment, however, Kristina was able to schedule my vehicle for service when my regular Service Adviser was out sick. She was wonderful and provided a BMW loaner car.
