Outstanding service at BMW of Silver Spring. I bought my vehicle and have been a service customer of Silver Spring BMW for the past 2+ years and each time I visit I am beyond pleased with the cus I bought my vehicle and have been a service customer of Silver Spring BMW for the past 2+ years and each time I visit I am beyond pleased with the customer service, prompt attention, attention to detail and professionalism of the BMW staff. Jai Jennings is the best service advisor I've ever worked with and I have previously owned Mercedes, BMWs, & Volvo vehicles. He is friendly and informative and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customers needs are taken care of. Employees like Jai go a long way in solidifying the long-term relationship with the BMW brand that I intend to have. Kudos to a fabulous team at BMW Silver Spring! Happy New Year! More

When Jai took over as my service advisor due to Joe's promotion I was hesitant about the kind of service I would receive. Jai has exceeded my expectations! He is efficient with returning customer calls and is fair with estimates as he has your best interest at heart. All I ask for is a service advisor who is truthful and trustworthy and Jai fits the bill! Much appreciated! More

I have been coming to this same dealership since I bought my first car 7 years ago (2 total from them). I am always greeted with a smile and welcomed, my service representative always takes the time to explain all charges and repairs, and goes above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is adequately serviced at a competitive price point. If there is an error it is immediately addressed and adjusted in a timely manner. And I am adequately informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this dealership. More
