Awesome Service by Jai Jennings Every Single Time!!! I have been getting my BMW 328i Xdrive serviced at BMW of Silver Spring since I purchased it in 2012. When my original service advisor left the compa I have been getting my BMW 328i Xdrive serviced at BMW of Silver Spring since I purchased it in 2012. When my original service advisor left the company, I chose Jai Jennings as my new advisor and I couldn't be more satisfied! Jai always makes sure that all my car service needs are met and completed in a timely fashion. He provides service with a smile and is always sure to follow up to see if I am happy with my service. Outstanding Service Experience with Jai Jennings I have been doing business with SS BMW (AKA Tischer) for over 11 years. I bought my vehicle and have been a service customer of Silver Spring BMW for the past 2+ years and each time I visit I am beyond pleased with the cus I bought my vehicle and have been a service customer of Silver Spring BMW for the past 2+ years and each time I visit I am beyond pleased with the customer service, prompt attention, attention to detail and professionalism of the BMW staff. Jai Jennings is the best service advisor I've ever worked with and I have previously owned Mercedes, BMWs, & Volvo vehicles. He is friendly and informative and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customers needs are taken care of. Accommodating service department I came in with a flat tire on my bmw x5 turns out i had a cracked wheel Brandi Rodgers was my service rep and handled the matter quickly i had my vehi I came in with a flat tire on my bmw x5 turns out i had a cracked wheel Brandi Rodgers was my service rep and handled the matter quickly i had my vehicle back on the road the next day.
