The last time we were there, she spoke with a Service Adviser, Mrs. Kristina Williams, who was filling-in for our usual guy. My wife wants me to express lovely thoughts about Kristina's ability to assist us with vehicle check-in and loaner car. Kristina was professional and charming - - she took care of the paperwork fast and had us on our way. We are glad to be serviced at the BMW Dealership. More

When we bought our new car, a friend told me that Kri The service department at BMW of Silver Spring and particularly Kristina Williams are excellent! When we bought our new car, a friend told me that Kristina was a fantastic service adviser and I have been very happy. We have two BMWs and Kristina explains everything we need whether for our old car or the newer one that's still under warranty. Kristina explains the price of everything clearly and always does her best to make the repair cost as reasonable as possible. In addition, she always ensures we have a loaner car and is understanding if I get stuck at work when I'm scheduled to pick up my car. I highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring's service department and Kristina to any BMW owner living in the DC area. More

The BMW of Silver Spring has very professional Service Advisers; however, one soars above the rest - - Mr. Kevin Hull - - the Super Service Adviser. Kevin keeps our vehicle in tip-top shape with a holistic view of the car by informing us of upcoming maintenance milestones. He is able to track the vehicle's routine maintenance repairs. In doing so, he reduces the number of times the car must be serviced by grouping several repairs in one visit. Of course, the work is performed under warranty; or, with very little money out-of-pocket. Therefore, you need to make an appointment with Kevin Hull and utilize his Super Abilities.
