Charles, We appreciate you taking the time to speak with our Service Manager, Joe Diss, about your experience. After investigating your concerns and speaking with the team members involved, it is clear that your visit did not start off well and unfortunately, we were not able to turn your experience around. We apologize for your extended wait to see an advisor and regret to hear that you and Erik did not have a better rapport, but all aspects of the recall and replacing the PCV valve were done by the book. Often times when a technician is performing a recall or replacing a part on a 10-year-old vehicle, it is necessary to pry the old parts off with a tool. Furthermore, for all service visits, we perform an overall assessment of a client’s vehicle called a multi-point inspection, which lists other areas of concern the owner may want to consider. We are not clear how the brake sensor was disconnected, as that is not part of the MPI and the brake light would have been triggered immediately. Nonetheless, we understand that this all contributed to your experience and feelings about our dealership.
