Ordered my new X3 with Dave Strassman. It was a Great experience, he went over all the available options. He explained each one in detail so I was able to order the car I wanted. He made me feel confident if I had any questions after delivery, he'll be available to answer them. Gen Awanohara did my financing, it was quick and painless. Based on my driving history he was able to make some great suggestions on additional features I may be interested in. He took. the time to explain the benefits of each one. Both gentleman were extremely helpful. It was the last Saturday and last day of the month (a very busy day) and neither gentleman made me feel rushed. This was my very first time at a BMW dealership so I didn't know what to expect when I first got there. Nick was assigned as my sales associate and was nothing short of amazing! Even my 12 year old daug didn't know what to expect when I first got there. Nick was assigned as my sales associate and was nothing short of amazing!
