I used the internet to try and solicit the best price for a new BMW 3 series. The next day, I started getting automatic email responses. Tischer was the first agency to call. So I made my appointment and visited and bought the car 2 days later. Service was excellent and I could take the car home that evening but didn't. I took the car the next day and Manny came all the way back from Fredericksburg (it was his off day) to ensure I was handed the car properly. I would strongly recommend Tishcer and Manny for deals. When we got into the negotiation process, Rick (Maritza's manager) provided me with dealer invoices, KBB & NADA values for the car, and even showed me what cars similar to mine were fetching at auctions around the country. -Professionalism: My husband had an emergency at work, so I had to go shopping alone. The service we received from Norman from the start was wonderful, and the impeccable quality of the used car we purchased was more than we ever thought we would get in our price range. Everyone who sees our car thinks it's brand new, and it's a 2006. It was a very no-hassle process, and there was no "funny business" involved. Everyone at Tischer was informative and genuine. This was our first big car purchase, and after leaving we definitely would return for our next car. The prices were competitive, the website was informative, and the service was excellent. We also found the APR rates to be much lower than others out there. We have nothing but good things to say about Norman, Rick and everyone else we dealt with in this exciting and surprisingly low-stress process. More

I rated the quality of work a 4 because there were some chips in the paint that the detailers missed the first time. They did correct the defects the second attempt and I am now completely satisfied. Their prices are competitive. Tischer's BMW and Audi service departments were highly recommended to me by neighbors although I have not yet had to deal with the service department.
