While better than BMW of Fairfax, VA, still off the mark. Perhaps BMW is not as in high standard as it once was. Dealership is always "backed-up" with service appointments. Had a great experience buying our first BMW. They were very competitive on price and the agent I used was superb. Follow up visits for service were OK (I was expecting much more from BMW) though I didn't very competitive on price and the agent I used was superb. I would rate this #1 dealer in the MD/DC area. The main praise goes to service. I recently had my vehicle checked up for some problems that I've found. Made an appointment, dropped off my car and the next praise goes to service. I recently had my vehicle checked up for some problems that I've found. Made an appointment, dropped off my car and the next day, everything was completed. Unfortunatly, I did not receive a loaner since they needed a 2 week period notice prior to the service made.<br><br>The sales department is top notch as well. Very very friendly and deals are great. They treat you well, even if you look like you are just looking around, having no interesnt on purchasing.<br><br>The parts department is excellent! Although sometimes it takes the parts ppl few mins to come out , they are very friendly ppl. They have this leniency on prices which is outstanding.
