I bought a 2008 328i BMW on Octobe I want to thank Tischer BMW for its help and the support during my car purchase and making my experience so easy. I bought a 2008 328i BMW on October 18, 2008. I started my car buying searched three months ago. I didn’t know what car to buy so I bought the consumer report magazine. It was listed in the section for 35000 to 45000 price range for four cars. They are Infiniti G35, Acura TL, Lexus 350 and 328i BMW. I drove all four cars and finally I decided for the BMW. Then I searched the web sites to find all the dealers around 50 miles from my home. I contacted every single one of them, some by telephone, others by email and most of them in person. I choose Tischer because they are very professionals, made me feel comfortable, the quality of service and of course the price. My first time that I visited the dealer I met Mike the new car manager who introduce Nathan to me. Nathan showed us the car and went with me to do a test drive. Even though that Nathan has just started working with the company, he was very professional and friendly. After the test driving I explained to him that I was not sure which car I am going to buy. He was friendly, and he told me to check the other cars so I can make the best decision. After that I met Larry the general manager who was very professional and he introduce us to Mr. Rick Lopez who is the used cars manager. I explained to Rick that I was comparing different cars like Infiniti, Lexus, Acura and BMW because I was not sure which car to choose from. He recommended that we drive and check all the cars so that we can make a final decision. Rick was very informative, and talking with him we felt like we were talking to our own brother. We decide to go to Tischer to find out how competitive they will be in price. With the help of Mike and especially Rick they made me a very competitive offer. We want to thank you Nathan, Mike, Larry, Michelle, David and especially Rick for making my car purchase experience so smoothly. Nathan was very attentive and friendly showing the car to us. Mike was very professional and trying hard to be sure that we have all the information that we needed. Larry with his professionalism made us feel secure that we are dealing with a professional. This is the first time that I lease a car. I explained this to Michelle and she took the time to go over with us in details and be sure that we understand everything. She was willing to answer all the questions. David is a very knowledgeable, and he explained to us the functions and the operation of the car. He didn’t mind going over the operating functions many times until we learned how to operate it on our own. Rick was always available to answer any question for us during the car purchase process even though he works for the used cars department. He is sincere, honest, willing to help, funny and easy to talk to. All of his qualities made us feel more confidence during the car purchase. When we visit other dealers, they were trying to get more money from you instead of trying to negotiate with you. It made us feel uncomfortable. In Tischer the staff works very hard as a team to get customer satisfaction. This is a dealer that treats the customers really well before, during and after the purchase of the vehicle. Congratulations Tischer. Now we can see from ourselves why this dealer has this high rating in customer satisfaction. More

Rick and his staff took into account all of my issues with my present vehicle (a 745Li) and helped me transform those into positives with my new vehicle (a 750Li). As I do everyday in my profession, I discuss and design solutions with my Team and then deliver set of strategies and solutions to my clients. This is the first time I have ever been the receipient of this type of approach and it was impressive to experience this approach as a client. If you have ANY dissatisfaction with the condition of the car you are willing to purchase, they are more than willing to make it right. Rick and Kevin worked with me to create a fantastic deal that I was happy with. I was even able to get brand new floor mats and spare keys without having to ask. Rick gave me his personal cell phone number so I could call him with any questions or concerns I had in the future. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
Excellent Service! From the time I walked into BMW dealership and even after my car purchase, I received nothing but excellent service. Staff greated me immediately as I walked in the door and I did not have to wait to see my salesperson Manny El Baltimy. Manny found out what I wanted in a car and found it! Manny showed me how to use my BMW and all its features and even gave me his direct cell phone number to reach him. Then in comes Michelle Gorman. She knows her stuff! She was able to get me approved and driving away with my car the same day. After dealing with Manny and Michelle, I will never go to another dealership again! They both worked very hard to make sure I was happy and got the car that I wanted. My car was spotless. I have absolutely no complaints! I am very satisfied customer. I give this dealership a 5+. I did not have to ask any questions because they were all answered before I even had a chance. Manny and Michelle both of you are GREAT! Thanks for everything. Seamless experience with trade-in, title/registration, loan application/approval. Don't just show up--you may not have enough time w/ a salesperson to do everything you need to do. HERE'S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: I was there from 5:15-10:30 p.m., driving cars and picking out what I liked. You may have noticed, they close at 9 p.m. However, the showroom manager (Mike), Manny (my salesperson), and the finance person (Michelle) stayed through until 10 p.m. to help me complete the deal so I could drive home with the car that night. In addition, Manny spent an extra 1/2 hour w/ me, setting up the navigation, transferring everything from my old to new car, setting up my cell phone with the car's bluetooth, etc...so that I could get home in the dark from an unfamiliar location. I don't know very many people/businesses that would stay an extra 90 minutes after close and do so smiling, without a pressured attitude. More

Our experiences ranged from moderate to below average in terms of personal sales service, car condition, and price range. Our visit to Tischer reversed our overall impression of car dealerships and we received service that was above and beyond our expectations. As soon as we entered Tischer, we were made to feel very welcome, appreciated and cherished. We proceeded to receive expceptional attention and service directly from the manager and his team. We saw several and tested several cars and in each instance the team continued to make us feel welcome and patiently worked with us till we finally identified the "perfect BMW" that met our needs. This outstanding customer service did not stop once we complelted the sales transaction. As questions arose, we continued to receive the stellar service from the team who always made us feel like famiy. We recommend Tischer to everyone who is looking for outstanding customer service and the perfect vehicle. More
I called the Tischer BMW and spoke to Nathan Bush about a used BMW I found online. Not wanting to drive all the way up from Northern Virginia without knowing the vehicle was in good shape, Nathan went out o used BMW I found online. Without his assurances that the vehicle was in pristine condition I would have gone somewhere closer. Not only did Nathan and Rick Lopez help me find the right car, they stayed well past closing time to see that all of my questions were answered. Michelle Gorham in the finance office was very helpful and made handing over money as painless as could be expected. Nathan and Rick did an outstanding job, were very professional, and left me feeling appreciated as the customer. All in all, this was my best car buying experience. I sent in an e-mail inquiry, received a call from Manny the next day, and scheduled a test drive that same weekend. During the test drive Manny was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The entire sales transaction took half the time I expected, went very smoothly and was, surprisingly, relatively stress-free! Michelle handled my sales documents professionally and thoroughly, and Anthony completed my financing with the same level of service. As a Tischer customer I got a sense that they truly value my business and desire this to be the first of my many Tischer (and BMW) purchases in years to come. More
