I rushed from work in downtown DC and drove in the rain and horrible traffic out to Tischer in order to see a very specific car: a Certified 2006 330xi with manual and just 19K on the clock. A rare car indeed. My hopes were high, but I was totally unprepared for just how great the experience would turn out to be. First and foremost, they treated my girlfriend and I with respect. That's a whole lot more than can be said about other places (especially since we look young and dress casually). They had a great example of exactly the car I was looking for and had it ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Manny was our Sales Associate. He was careful to explain all the technological features that explained why the test drive was so engaging... and yet so effortless (was it really raining?). I always felt well informed and never pushed. Talking to him was easy and natural. He had even stayed late to just meet with us! Very cool guy, all-around. Michelle was our Finance Manager. Not only is she a true professional, but warm, informative and thorough. She made absolutely certain that we understood all the details, what such-and-such meant, and so on. She made us feel very comfortable and at ease. She definitely raised the bar, to say the least. All these add up to a solid recommendation. To anybody who's serious about buying the best used BMW money can buy (without spending a fortune), I'd say consider Tischer before you try ANYone else. You won't be disappointed! More

After visiting 8 dealerships trying to decide which type of car to buy, then narrowing the decision to a BMW and deciding between 3 dealers, it was easy to decide who we wanted to work with. Tischer BMW won hands down for information on the car we were looking for, quick to not drag me through the "let's see how long we can make them wait till I tell them the price", and friendlyness. Then after deciding to buy the car, I received even more personal attention making sure I knew how all the new gadgets on the car operated! This was a return trip to Tischer/Mile One for us. We purchased our fourth BMW (535xiT)this time around. Everyone was available by phone or email to answer any questions we had prior to taking delivery on our car, and also upon our return from South Carolina. The entire staff at Tischer has been friendly and welcoming, even to our dogs! In fact, they allowed us to put our dogs in a 530xiT in the showroom before we purchased our previous car, just so we could be sure they had enough room. The car we just purchased is the newest, improved version of our previous car, so we knew the dogs would love it as much as we do. We've been purchasing our cars at Tischer for well over a dozen years, and wouldn't go any place else! More

I started my car buying searched three months ago. I didn’t know what car to buy so I bought the consumer report magazine. It was listed in the section for 35000 to 45000 price range for four cars. They are Infiniti G35, Acura TL, Lexus 350 and 328i BMW. I drove all four cars and finally I decided for the BMW. Then I searched the web sites to find all the dealers around 50 miles from my home. I contacted every single one of them, some by telephone, others by email and most of them in person. I choose Tischer because they are very professionals, made me feel comfortable, the quality of service and of course the price. My first time that I visited the dealer I met Mike the new car manager who introduce Nathan to me. Nathan showed us the car and went with me to do a test drive. Even though that Nathan has just started working with the company, he was very professional and friendly. After the test driving I explained to him that I was not sure which car I am going to buy. He was friendly, and he told me to check the other cars so I can make the best decision. After that I met Larry the general manager who was very professional and he introduce us to Mr. Rick Lopez who is the used cars manager. I explained to Rick that I was comparing different cars like Infiniti, Lexus, Acura and BMW because I was not sure which car to choose from. He recommended that we drive and check all the cars so that we can make a final decision. Rick was very informative, and talking with him we felt like we were talking to our own brother. We decide to go to Tischer to find out how competitive they will be in price. With the help of Mike and especially Rick they made me a very competitive offer. We want to thank you Nathan, Mike, Larry, Michelle, David and especially Rick for making my car purchase experience so smoothly. Nathan was very attentive and friendly showing the car to us. Mike was very professional and trying hard to be sure that we have all the information that we needed. Larry with his professionalism made us feel secure that we are dealing with a professional. This is the first time that I lease a car. I explained this to Michelle and she took the time to go over with us in details and be sure that we understand everything. She was willing to answer all the questions. David is a very knowledgeable, and he explained to us the functions and the operation of the car. He didn’t mind going over the operating functions many times until we learned how to operate it on our own. Rick was always available to answer any question for us during the car purchase process even though he works for the used cars department. He is sincere, honest, willing to help, funny and easy to talk to. All of his qualities made us feel more confidence during the car purchase. When we visit other dealers, they were trying to get more money from you instead of trying to negotiate with you. It made us feel uncomfortable. In Tischer the staff works very hard as a team to get customer satisfaction. This is a dealer that treats the customers really well before, during and after the purchase of the vehicle.
