My wife and I had shopped around the entire Washington DC metro area in our car search. We visited Sterling BMW and Fairfax BMW. When we arrived at Tischer BMW it was very evident this was a customer oriente metro area in our car search. We visited Sterling BMW and Fairfax BMW. When we arrived at Tischer BMW it was very evident this was a customer oriented dealership. We were extremely pleased with Judy's top notch customer service. Rick Lopez the manager was extremely knowledgeable of the products and gave us such a great deal that we ended up buying TWO cars . We purchased both an AUdi and a BMW. I love my 330 convertible and my wife loves her Audi A6 sedan. I have and will highly recommend the management and staff of Tischer BMW to everyone that is interested in super service and a great deal. More
Axel was very friendly and professional. He was happy to tell us everything about the car we are interested in, show us the Carfax report, give information on our own car(which is also a BMW) and take us fo tell us everything about the car we are interested in, show us the Carfax report, give information on our own car(which is also a BMW) and take us for the test drive. He also introduced us to the manager of the store who provided us with an additional information. The dealership has a wide variety of different cars, from convertible to SUVs. The test drive includes side roads and a highway. The car that I was interested in was in perfect condition with very many features and packages for a very affordable price. More
I shopped my new 535 XI BMW pretty hard to all the local dealers. I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn't picky about where I was buying it. I always lease and was really looking to be in at a certain price dealers. I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn't picky about where I was buying it. I always lease and was really looking to be in at a certain price. All of the dealers, except for Tischer, said it could not be done and were much higher than I needed to be. One even wanted me to go on his website, do all of the work, and he would get back to me. I never heard from one of them. Tischer was very aggressive on the price and suggested extending the lease to 39 months to get a better residual to meet my terms. Honestly, does it really matter whether its 36 months or 39 months?? Not to me if it gets me in the car I wanted. I also inquired about a certain red color that is only available on the 7 series, but was told it wasn't available for the 5 series. I agreed to the terms and Tischer ordered the car for me. About a week later, the sales manager, Mike called to say they were going to be able to get me the red color at no extra charge. It took about 6 weeks and the car arrived this week. I picked it up yesterday and its awesome!!! Even better, they were able to get me another $30 a month off the payment as I have owned BMW's in the past and qualified for a new customer loyalty bonus. Like all new BMW owners, I am trying to get used to the I drive. I am driving the exact car I wanted at a price every other dealer told me wasn't possible. If your are pricing out a new BMW, I strongly suggest you get a price from these guys. Gigis, Mike and the finance manager, Michelle were all great to deal with. More
My experience at tischer as great i dealt with Axel on line at first and then in person after we settled on a price. He was pleasant and knowledgeable of the cars. Every other time that i have been a dealership was awful i felt bullied and and generally dirty from the experience. I would refer my friends and family to Axel and tischer. there was a problem with the car that I had not noticed at the time of the sale. The problem was diagnosed and dealt with quickly and proficiently by Joe and Doug. that experience was equally satisfying 5 out of five for this group. More

I have owned and dealt with many Maryland and East Coast dealers having purchased over 9 cars in the last 6 years and I keep coming back to Casey. I purchased a 2007 911 from Casey and when my business forced me to have a larger vech. Casey was right there to sell me my BMW. For the last 20,000 miles I have been dealing with a front-end vibration and shimmy while braking in my 740i. Needless to say, I was at the end of my rope. Then I finally decided to take the car to Tischer. I've had dealings with Tischer in the past, but started using VOB since it is only five miles from my office. Now you have a satisfied customer who will be bringing his BMW's in for service to Tischer exclusively. The repairs were done in a timely and professional manner and their efforts with the after-market warranty made all the difference. As I drove back to the office from the dealership, I was all smiles. My car is riding like the day I bought it and I couldn't be more pleased. More

Since then I've moved to Marylan I've experienced a warm Tischer welcome. Last year I purchased my new X3 in Illinois where I lived at the time. Since then I've moved to Maryland. Upon scheduling my first service at my local dealer(Tischer), I was asked if I would need a loaner. My answer was yes. The next question was if I had bought the car there, My answer was no. The lady went on to say that she couldn't give me a BMW loaner because I didn't buy the car there. She did say that there is was an Enterprise rental that I could get a car from. I explained that I didn't buy the car at Tischer because I lived in Illinois at the time. It made no difference. What a wonderful first conversation to have with my new local dealer. I can guarantee Tischer will not be involved when I buy my new X5. More
While admittedly based on only one visit, my experience was so overwhemlingly positive - especially compared to ALL of my experiences at VOB BMW in Rockville - that I felt compelled to comment. Tischer parts counter personnel and service writers (sorry if that's not the precise term) were pleasant, engaging, and patient. They greeted me with a smile, looked me in the eye, patiently answered my questions, and said please thank you. They even worked with me a bit on the parts prices. A remarkable experience - probably not except by contrast the the nasty folks at VOB. I would go back in a heartbeat - I only wish I lived or worked closer to Tischer so I could patronize them more often. More
Took 740il in for an intermittant computer problem. I don't go to dealers for regular maintenance. BMW maintenance is never inexpensive, but this cost less than I thought it would be going in, and less than they quoted after they diagnosed the problem. More
