Anthony, JoAnna and Manny worked patiently with me to find an identical vehicle that met my transportaion needs and fit comfortably into my budget. When my vehicle arrived, I was contacted by both Manny and JoAnna and set an appointment. World Class Service, even in the midst of construction! Manny greeted me at the front door, reviewed all the neccesary paperwork and passed the paperwork to his manager. I know I got a great deal! He then escorted me to my new vehicle and demostrated all the features, some of them were new to me! Afterwards, JoAnna processed the paperwork so quickly and thoroughly, I believed most of the time was spent like we were old girlfriends! Afterwards, both Mike and Anthony apologized for the setting and showed me around the New Tischer Auto Park! I can't wait to see the new Tischer BMW that should be completed in December. Everyone there, even the operator Carla and other Sales Associates were so pleasant and attentive. The staff treated us like we were their only client and made sure our every need was taken care of. Why would I rate this dealership so highly?? From the moment I walked into Tischer BMW to check out a 2006 325xi that I'd found online, I received the immediate attention of the staff from the receptioni moment I walked into Tischer BMW to check out a 2006 325xi that I'd found online, I received the immediate attention of the staff from the receptionist to the sales associate and beyond. Kevin was a delight to work with. Not pushy - which would have sent me running - but willing to answer all of my questions without rushing. My husband joined me for the next visit and Kevin took the time to cover his concerns thoroughly. When I returned 2 weeks later to finish transfer of personalized tags, he saw me and immediately gave his full attention while personally seeing that everything was completed - and then put the new plates on my car. My husband has been in sales (of a different type) for 34 years and as a result can be very critical of anyone in sales or the selling process itself. In this case he had nothing but positive things to say about Kevin, Rick (the manager with whom we spoke) and our experience with the entire dealership and staff. That's saying something. Pricing was more than fair - excellent in fact by KBB standards. Car was handed over to us in exceptional condition. Showroom was clean and comfortable. Coffee? Just right. Most surprising of all: I was never made to feel as though I was buying a "used" vehicle. It was "new to me" and that's the way everyone handled the transactions - as though we were purchasing a pricier brand new vehicle. To look at the car, you wouldn't be able to tell otherwise. I'm thoroughly enjoying my "new" BMW. Great to get back to manual transmission and actually "drive" a car for a change. This is my first experience purchasing/driving a BMW. It won't be my last.
