I had to travel 70 miles across state lines to get to Tischer BMW and it was worth the time and effort. There is a BMW within 30 minutes from my home but their customer service could not compare to the Tischer BMW and it was worth the time and effort. There is a BMW within 30 minutes from my home but their customer service could not compare to the experience I had at Tischer. After I got there, we discussed the finances of what I would accept for a monthly payment. I asked to do that before I got behind the wheel because I knew I would fall in love once I started driving. They offered me $1,000 MORE for my trade after I got there and were able to get the payment to where I needed it to be. There was no bait and switch, no high pressure to purchase - just friendly service and people listening to my needs. Rick even remembered my earlier email and we discussed our shared love for dogs. Most dealers don't remember the fine points of potential buyers lives - they just want to sell cars - especially in this current market. If anyone out there is looking to buy a new or used BMW - even if you have to drive a way to get to Tischer - make the journey, you will not regret it. I know I don't! More

I searched for a 2008 528i online and at dealerships across NC for about 4 months and bought from Tisher BMW in MD. Rick Lopez was great to work with on the phone and even nicer in person. I highly complement his excellent sales staff and he was definitely a "man of his word" and did not waste my time in driving to Maryland for the deal. He elimated all the questions before we ever met and there were no bait and switch tactics. His entire staff were people of their word! BMW can be very proud of this particular dealership. Rick's sales staff, especially Michael Kazemburg and Anthony Lucas and even the detail guys were great to work with. We are really enjoying our BMW!!! Our only contact with Tisher BMW was by phone and online before we drove to Maryland from North Carolina to inspect the car and close the deal. I highly complement Lopez for excellent job he did in representing the car to us (also the online pictures) and the great job of working out the details of the purchase before our trip was made. More

I am an in Australia and when Tischer started shipping internationally I started ordering parts for my BMW. Jason helped me through the ordering process via internet chat to ensure I was getting exactly w internationally I started ordering parts for my BMW. Jason helped me through the ordering process via internet chat to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted and even provided several shipping quotes to give me several options. All of this was done in a matter of hours and what eventually cost me $1600 to my door from Tischer, was $7000 locally so I was very impressed. On arrival, I noticed that Jason had split my order up into two good quality boxes so the parts arrived to me intact and were manageable as the weight was over 40kg. More

Rick was one of the most personable, friendly salesmen we've met. He was kind enough to listen to our concerns and really answered our questions until we were satisfied and comfortable. Chris stayed late to help us finish up our paperwork and was extremely friendly. He took great care in showing us how our new car worked and explained everything until we understood it perfectly. Michelle in finance was also very friendly and helped us finalize our contract very quickly. We honestly could not believe how nice and courteous everyone on staff there was (especially the three employees we dealt with). Any company - let alone dealership - would be blessed to have these people working for them. More
