I was told by a good friend that I HAD to go to Passport BMW to get the deal I was looking for. I went and was not impressed. I was basically told that the MSPP ( manufacture suggested passport price) was BMW to get the deal I was looking for. I went and was not impressed. I was basically told that the MSPP ( manufacture suggested passport price) was IT and if i didn't like it to go to another dealer. I took their advice and went to Tischer. They were professional, curtious, and most importantly, willing to give me a great deal! I have purchased many vehicles and up until this experience, i rated car buying below going to the dentist and funerals. This experience changed my perspective on the car buying experience. I believe they are fair, honest, and dedicated to exceptional customer service. I plan to own my new car for awhile but when I do decide to make another purchase, I will go to Tischer without reservation or consideration for that matter! In this economy, one would think that dealers would try to put their best foot forward to earn business and enhance their reputation.
