I just wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU. In a business that is maligned with numerous characters and agressive sales tactics, you were a pleasant surprise. I thank you for all the work and effort you out forth. In the future, should I be in the market for another BMW I will remember how you conducted yourself and surely look you up as your style and approach to customer service and sales was truly appreciated and respected. There are many BMW dealers that are closer, as you are over 2 hours away, but degree of customer service excellence displayed by your actions and communications is hard to surpass. Thank you again I wish you well in your future endvours. Marla Burns More
They are friendly beyond measure, and are more than willing to extend themselves to their customers. They obviously love what they do, and reward their customers with satisfaction. Best dealer on the East Coast. Tischer BMW only provides the highest quality support, and assurance that is A+. They are friendly beyond measure, and are more than willing to extend themselves to their customers. They obviously love what they do, and reward their customers with satisfaction. My family has been a loyal customer to them, because they are very loyal to us. For example, my Father had his 5 series worked on at Sears auto repair, and they obviously were not capable of completing the job. Sears was liable for more damage, so we took the car to Tischer BMW, and the problem was solved in just a matter of days! that's guaranteed service you cannot resist. I order parts from them all the time, and their policies are risks free, and very convenient. If a part is not in stock, it is your option to pay before or after it arrives, or not pay anything at all if you decide you no longer want the part. They have great deals, and are not sharks looking for easy bait. More
We went in to look at a 2008 X3 to buy. After talking to Chris about leasing we looked at the lease numbers and were just blown away. Both Chris and Sigis were great. This store is a credit to the BMW bran Chris about leasing we looked at the lease numbers and were just blown away. Both Chris and Sigis were great. This store is a credit to the BMW brand. Much different treatment than we received at a rival in Marlow Heights who seemed to care less about our business. Follow up visit with service department to install mudflaps etc was another great experience. If you are thinking about buying or leasing a BMW go to these guys. More

I was told by a good friend that I HAD to go to Passport BMW to get the deal I was looking for. I went and was not impressed. I was basically told that the MSPP ( manufacture suggested passport price) was BMW to get the deal I was looking for. I went and was not impressed. I was basically told that the MSPP ( manufacture suggested passport price) was IT and if i didn't like it to go to another dealer. I took their advice and went to Tischer. They were professional, curtious, and most importantly, willing to give me a great deal! I have purchased many vehicles and up until this experience, i rated car buying below going to the dentist and funerals. This experience changed my perspective on the car buying experience. I believe they are fair, honest, and dedicated to exceptional customer service. I plan to own my new car for awhile but when I do decide to make another purchase, I will go to Tischer without reservation or consideration for that matter! In this economy, one would think that dealers would try to put their best foot forward to earn business and enhance their reputation. Well, apparently, Passport, VOB, and other local dealers are doing just fine and don't care about good customer service. It's their way or hit the door. Save yourself time and frustration and go to Tischer. You won't be disapointed! More

I was leasing an Audi for years. My lease was coming to an end so I went to the Audi dealership. I went in hoping to purchase a 2008 or a floor model of an Audi. I told the Sales Rep what I could afford a an end so I went to the Audi dealership. I went in hoping to purchase a 2008 or a floor model of an Audi. I told the Sales Rep what I could afford and what I wanted to pay. He did not spend alot of time with me and basically told me that he would work on find something that I could afford and would get back to me on qoutes. He never did. I have to say that I left the dealership as though no one could be bothered. I love Audis and so wanted to buy my first Audi but really resent the way that dealership treated me as a customer. So I started looking around at other dealerships. My aunt and step mother both own a BMW and love it. So I sent an email to MileOne and they got back to me immediately. I was assigned Michael Kazemburg. He called me immediately and I was very honest about what I could afford. I thought that would deter him from helping me find a car but No:)....He actually treated me so well and was helpful in helping me find somethingin my price range. He was honest and really made me feel as important as someone who was purchasing one of their top of the line models. When I arrived at the dealership it was approximately noon...He offered to get me some lunch and literally spent the entire afternoon with me (taking his time to make sure that every option was claerly layed out). After purchasing my 2006 BMW, he sent me home with a full tank of gas and his card. The customer service at this dealership was really exceptional. After having been ignored by the Audi Dealership, it was really refreshing to be pampered throughout the process. Believe me when I tell you Michael works very hard at meeting all of your expectations! Michael Thank you thank you thank you! More
I had to travel 70 miles across state lines to get to Tischer BMW and it was worth the time and effort. There is a BMW within 30 minutes from my home but their customer service could not compare to the Tischer BMW and it was worth the time and effort. There is a BMW within 30 minutes from my home but their customer service could not compare to the experience I had at Tischer. After I got there, we discussed the finances of what I would accept for a monthly payment. I asked to do that before I got behind the wheel because I knew I would fall in love once I started driving. They offered me $1,000 MORE for my trade after I got there and were able to get the payment to where I needed it to be. There was no bait and switch, no high pressure to purchase - just friendly service and people listening to my needs. Rick even remembered my earlier email and we discussed our shared love for dogs. Most dealers don't remember the fine points of potential buyers lives - they just want to sell cars - especially in this current market. If anyone out there is looking to buy a new or used BMW - even if you have to drive a way to get to Tischer - make the journey, you will not regret it. I know I don't! More
