This was a first time BMW purchase for me and I fell in love with my 330i instantly. The car was used but in mint condition. If you have ANY dissatisfaction with the condition of the car you are willing to purchase, they are more than willing to make it right. Rick and Kevin worked with me to create a fantastic deal that I was happy with. I was even able to get brand new floor mats and spare keys without having to ask. Rick gave me his personal cell phone number so I could call him with any questions or concerns I had in the future. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
Excellent Service! From the time I walked into BMW dealership and even after my car purchase, I received nothing but excellent service. Staff greated me immediately as I walked in the door and I did not have to wait to see my salesperson Manny El Baltimy. Manny found out what I wanted in a car and found it! Manny showed me how to use my BMW and all its features and even gave me his direct cell phone number to reach him. Then in comes Michelle Gorman. She knows her stuff! She was able to get me approved and driving away with my car the same day. After dealing with Manny and Michelle, I will never go to another dealership again! They both worked very hard to make sure I was happy and got the car that I wanted. My car was spotless. I have absolutely no complaints! I am very satisfied customer. I give this dealership a 5+. I did not have to ask any questions because they were all answered before I even had a chance. Manny and Michelle both of you are GREAT! Thanks for everything. Seamless experience with trade-in, title/registration, loan application/approval. Don't just show up--you may not have enough time w/ a salesperson to do everything you need to do. HERE'S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: I was there from 5:15-10:30 p.m., driving cars and picking out what I liked. You may have noticed, they close at 9 p.m. However, the showroom manager (Mike), Manny (my salesperson), and the finance person (Michelle) stayed through until 10 p.m. to help me complete the deal so I could drive home with the car that night. In addition, Manny spent an extra 1/2 hour w/ me, setting up the navigation, transferring everything from my old to new car, setting up my cell phone with the car's bluetooth, etc...so that I could get home in the dark from an unfamiliar location. I don't know very many people/businesses that would stay an extra 90 minutes after close and do so smiling, without a pressured attitude. More

Our experiences ranged from moderate to below average in terms of personal sales service, car condition, and price range. Our visit to Tischer reversed our overall impression of car dealerships and we received service that was above and beyond our expectations. As soon as we entered Tischer, we were made to feel very welcome, appreciated and cherished. We proceeded to receive expceptional attention and service directly from the manager and his team. We saw several and tested several cars and in each instance the team continued to make us feel welcome and patiently worked with us till we finally identified the "perfect BMW" that met our needs. This outstanding customer service did not stop once we complelted the sales transaction. As questions arose, we continued to receive the stellar service from the team who always made us feel like famiy. We recommend Tischer to everyone who is looking for outstanding customer service and the perfect vehicle. More
I called the Tischer BMW and spoke to Nathan Bush about a used BMW I found online. Not wanting to drive all the way up from Northern Virginia without knowing the vehicle was in good shape, Nathan went out o used BMW I found online. Without his assurances that the vehicle was in pristine condition I would have gone somewhere closer. Not only did Nathan and Rick Lopez help me find the right car, they stayed well past closing time to see that all of my questions were answered. Michelle Gorham in the finance office was very helpful and made handing over money as painless as could be expected. Nathan and Rick did an outstanding job, were very professional, and left me feeling appreciated as the customer. All in all, this was my best car buying experience. I sent in an e-mail inquiry, received a call from Manny the next day, and scheduled a test drive that same weekend. During the test drive Manny was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The entire sales transaction took half the time I expected, went very smoothly and was, surprisingly, relatively stress-free! Michelle handled my sales documents professionally and thoroughly, and Anthony completed my financing with the same level of service. As a Tischer customer I got a sense that they truly value my business and desire this to be the first of my many Tischer (and BMW) purchases in years to come. More
I used the internet to try and solicit the best price for a new BMW 3 series. The next day, I started getting automatic email responses. Tischer was the first agency to call. So I made my appointment and visited and bought the car 2 days later. Service was excellent and I could take the car home that evening but didn't. I took the car the next day and Manny came all the way back from Fredericksburg (it was his off day) to ensure I was handed the car properly. I would strongly recommend Tishcer and Manny for deals. It was very refreshing and appreciated, because these days you don't find this with most large dealerships. The sales person and her manager took the time and interest to find out my needs and price range and put me into a great car that I am extremely happy with. When we got into the negotiation process, Rick (Maritza's manager) provided me with dealer invoices, KBB & NADA values for the car, and even showed me what cars similar to mine were fetching at auctions around the country. -Professionalism: My husband had an emergency at work, so I had to go shopping alone. I had none of the experiences that normally accompany this situation. Quite the opposite in fact. Great care was taken from beginning to end, to ensure my overall satisfaction.
