On arrival, I noticed that Jason had split my order up into two good quality boxes so the parts arrived to me intact and were manageable as the weight was over 40kg. More

Best car buying experience ever. Rick was one of the most personable, friendly salesmen we've met. He was kind enough to listen to our concerns and really answered our questions until we were satisfied and comfortable. Chris stayed late to help us finish up our paperwork and was extremely friendly. He took great care in showing us how our new car worked and explained everything until we understood it perfectly. Michelle in finance was also very friendly and helped us finalize our contract very quickly. We honestly could not believe how nice and courteous everyone on staff there was (especially the three employees we dealt with). Any company - let alone dealership - would be blessed to have these people working for them. More

I recently leased a 3-series, and manny was a wonderful salesman. Larry (the general manager) was wonderful as well. He was very accomodating, and very easy to talk to. After being loyal to a dealership in Virginia for several years, I wanted both a great car and a great experience (and the other guys just weren't cutting it anymore). My friend had recently bought his CPO M years, I wanted both a great car and a great experience (and the other guys just weren't cutting it anymore). My friend had recently bought his CPO M3 and had nothing but good things to say about Tischer BMW, so we gave it a try. My girlfriend and I had a great experience at BMW. We drove in the rain and horrible, horrible traffic to test drive a BMW Certified Pre-Owned 2006 330xi with only 19K on the clock. And it was WELL worth the trip out. Our Sales guy, Manny, had the car ready to go when we arrived. He was very easy to work with. The car we wanted was priced well and our trade-value was more than fair. Manny went through every single detail with us, whether it was paperwork, numbers or how to operate a modern 3-Series. I've honestly never had a better experience with a Car Salesman. And then there's my other favorite person at Tischer BMW: Michelle in Finance. Again, EVERYthing was explained in detail. She never pushed anything on us and made certain we were comfortable with all the final numbers. When some snags popped up a few days later, she helped work everything out with the folks at BMW Finance and lock in our rate (0.9%!!!). We picked up the car on Saturday. It's absolutely gorgeous. We'll be going back to Tischer BMW from now on ;-) More

I rushed from work in downtown DC and drove in the rain and horrible traffic out to Tischer in order to see a very specific car: a Certified 2006 330xi with manual and just 19K on the clock. A rare car indeed. My hopes were high, but I was totally unprepared for just how great the experience would turn out to be. First and foremost, they treated my girlfriend and I with respect. That's a whole lot more than can be said about other places (especially since we look young and dress casually). They had a great example of exactly the car I was looking for and had it ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Manny was our Sales Associate. He was careful to explain all the technological features that explained why the test drive was so engaging... and yet so effortless (was it really raining?). I always felt well informed and never pushed. Talking to him was easy and natural. He had even stayed late to just meet with us! Very cool guy, all-around. Michelle was our Finance Manager. Not only is she a true professional, but warm, informative and thorough. She made absolutely certain that we understood all the details, what such-and-such meant, and so on. She made us feel very comfortable and at ease. She definitely raised the bar, to say the least. All these add up to a solid recommendation. To anybody who's serious about buying the best used BMW money can buy (without spending a fortune), I'd say consider Tischer before you try ANYone else. You won't be disappointed! More
