Unlike most dealerships that try to get you in any car they can as fast as they can, Tischer BMW did the opposite. Tischer did an exhausting search and to my surprise said they didn't have what I was looking for. At first I was shocked, I have never walked into a dealership without getting haggled for at least an hour. This was my first sign that Tischer was actually listening to my needs and when they didn't have what I was looking for, they told me so. Fortunately I received a call a couple weeks later and Sun had been looking around and he had found a potential vehicle for me. The rest is history and all worked out well. More

This level of professionalism (and customer courtesy) is unusual in this marketplace (and a welcome relief from the 'gamesmanship' at other dealerships. I was left with an overwhelmingly positive impression with Tischer BMW (I had also visited several other BMW dealerships in the Washington/Baltimore?Annapolis areas), which was a major factor leading me to 'seal the deal'. I made an initial inquiry via the internet and was very pleased with the timeliness of the follow up and the courtesy of Kevin Hemmis. I went to look at the car and had no intentions of buying that day, b pleased with the timeliness of the follow up and the courtesy of Kevin Hemmis. I went to look at the car and had no intentions of buying that day, but was blown away at the professionalism. Kevin took the time to answer every single question I had and was more than willing to spend extra time with me to go over all of the numbers and find a way to make the deal work. While there I also met Rick Lopez (used car manager) who took the time to come introduce himself and shake my hand. Rick and Kevin worked together to make sure I was comfortable with the deal...a first for me. A BMW dealer who actually cared about my level of comfort with the deal. I drove 2 hours to get to Tischer BMW, passing multiple BMW dealers. This was possibly the best 2 hour excursion of my life. The other BMW dealers had a take it or leave it attitude or tried to sell me a car I didn't want. Kevin put me into the exact car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. At the conclusion of my visit, my vehicle had a flat tire...possibly picked up a screw while on the test drive. Kevin and another gentlemen would not let me leave the dealership. They put me into a 2009 BMW loaner car and have promised to drive my car TO me when the tire is replaced. If that's not top class service, I don't know what is. I can not strongly enough recommend Kevin Hemmis and the folks at Tischer BMW. They get it and they want to put you in the car of your dreams. More
