My experience with BMW of Silver Spring is mixed. While my sales person David S. was excellent, very knowledgeable and made the process easy, the financing team was most difficult to deal with. The finance guy Steve was not the best to work with, he kept reminding us about how much money they are losing on the new car when in fact this is not the responsibility of them. I guess he just cannot take off the sales person hat. For some strange reason, the finance team was responsible for my trade, asked for a CarMax match, they gave us $2k less than what I have printed. They also tried to jack to finance rate. Overall, sales person great but NOT the finance person. More

His attention to detail, positive and friendly attitude, and full disclosure of all information about the vehicle made me highly confident in my purchase. At no point did he rush me or put any pressure on me to make a decision — he made me feel very comfortable by giving me as much time as I needed to thoroughly touch, feel, and test drive the vehicle. Aside from the car I purchased, the dealership overall had a very impressive selection of both new and used BMWs, ranging across the entire price spectrum. The service and financing staff (shoutout Steve!) were very knowledgeable and friendly too. 11/10, I would definitely do business here again! Thanks again Ron and team. Loving the car! More
