On 10/1/25 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my sales person was Mr. Harold Shelby. I have been buying autos for over 50 years, but never had a SUV with all the modern electronics this vehicle h my sales person was Mr. Harold Shelby. The negotiation process went smooth and I was satisfied with the trade in amount for my old vehicle. Mr. Shelby explained everything thoroughly and took the time to give me a crash course on how to operate all the controls. This has been the best auto buying experience for me in half a century. Icing on the cake, I received a full tank of gas. When it's time for my grandkids to buy their first car, I will be giving Mr. Harold Shelby a Call. More

My husband and I recently leased 2 electric vehicles from this dealership, seeing as we went electric, we set up a Level 2 charger in our garage. We noticed that the cars would charge really slow because it this dealership, seeing as we went electric, we set up a Level 2 charger in our garage. We noticed that the cars would charge really slow because it automatically limited the charge level to 6A. We tried our best to trouble shoot this to no avail, for a whole week. We then reached out to Mr Amit Thanki, the product specialist, explained the issue, he asked for some photos and videos. He quickly realised (via a phone call might I add ) that the issue was the level 2 charger was not set up correctly. He gave us one simple step to follow, we did that and all our issues were sorted. We had been dealing with this issue for a over a week before I called Amit, if only we had called sooner. I say this to say, I truly felt like he cared about the product , cared about how we felt about the product and our overall experience, he would not stop till we had a resolution to the problem! Did I add that he helped us over the weekend, after work hours, on the phone! Truly next level service, we are two happy customers! More

Had a great experience at BMW of Silver Spring. David Davila was super honest and respectful and made me feel as if the dealership genuinely appreciated my business. When I went into the dealersh David Davila was super honest and respectful and made me feel as if the dealership genuinely appreciated my business. When I went into the dealership to pick up the BMW (an i4) I was also grateful for the amount of time that David and Amit spent with me orienting me to the vehicle. Instead of taking my money and pushing me out the door I had the feeling they honestly wanted me to have a good experience and to love the car (which I do!) I fully intend to come back here the next time in the market for a BMW - and I will encourage folks I know who are in the market for a BMW to do the same. More
