I made an initial inquiry via the internet and was very pleased with the timeliness of the follow up and the courtesy of Kevin Hemmis. I went to look at the car and had no intentions of buying that day, but was blown away at the professionalism. Kevin took the time to answer every single question I had and was more than willing to spend extra time with me to go over all of the numbers and find a way to make the deal work. While there I also met Rick Lopez (used car manager) who took the time to come introduce himself and shake my hand. Rick and Kevin worked together to make sure I was comfortable with the deal...a first for me. A BMW dealer who actually cared about my level of comfort with the deal. I drove 2 hours to get to Tischer BMW, passing multiple BMW dealers. This was possibly the best 2 hour excursion of my life. The other BMW dealers had a take it or leave it attitude or tried to sell me a car I didn't want. Kevin put me into the exact car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. At the conclusion of my visit, my vehicle had a flat tire...possibly picked up a screw while on the test drive. Kevin and another gentlemen would not let me leave the dealership. They put me into a 2009 BMW loaner car and have promised to drive my car TO me when the tire is replaced. If that's not top class service, I don't know what is. I can not strongly enough recommend Kevin Hemmis and the folks at Tischer BMW. They get it and they want to put you in the car of your dreams. More

My first experience wit Your review Dishonorable people doing poor jobs. Buyer Beware!? - Marsden? - Today This is a story that began in November. My first experience with Tischer was when I walked in to the dealership to ask a question of their service department. The service advisor who I encountered was incredibly short in his communications and acted as though I was bothering him. If not for the intervention of another service advisor I would have walked out right then. He seemed competent and helpful so I had them perform the repais to the logic 7 amp in my BMW 745i. In mid-December my check engine light came on and the car went into limp mode. I drove it straight to the dealership. I got a loaner car and upgraded to a car closer to the size of my BMW for an extra $20.00 a day. It was Christmas time so I had to drive my family to Florida. i was called on December 23d and told that my car would be ready on the 26th. I informed them that I couldn't get back to town until the 2nd. My service advisor insisted I would have to pay for the full price of the loaner the second my car was ready. I didn't hear from them until the 31st. My car was ready. I picked up the car on the 2nd. Paid my extended warranty deductible and left. My check engine light came on on the drive home. I left a message with Tischer and brought the car back that following Monday. They apologized profusely, told me they would fix the problem at no further cost to me, refunded the money on the loaner car they had made me pay for and gave me an upgraded loaner car. Once a week I got a call informing me that the problem had been fixed. They changed the computers, the valves, the wires, performed vacuum tests, more computers, each time charging my extended warranty company, sometimes Thousands of dollars. Each time they "fixed it" the next day i would be called and told that the check engine light was still coming on. Each time I said ok. As long as the warranty company was ok with it then I figured it was ok. Fast forward to February...yes February. I get a call saying they had exhausted all possible repairs outside the engine and needed a preauthorization for an $1153 tear down because it was considered diagnostic. I told them I wasn't wililng to pre-authorize a hunch on my dime since they had done so many "fixes" only to find out it wasn't the problem. I reminded them that I was told that the repairs would be completed at no further cost to me. At this time they started to level threats at me, demanding I return the loaner car because I was insisting they honor what they said they would do. It is now February 26th. My car is still not repaired, despite having received thousands of dollars from my extended warranty. Last night I received an email threatening to report my loaner car stolen, although i was given the car to use until my car was fixed. At one point the service manager told me that I mistakenly assumed that my car was repaired when I picked it up. Yeah...I laughed too. Anyway...long story short...these people are dishonorable. They lie, they break their word and when all else fails they resort to threats. In fact when I told them from now on I was recording our conversations so i had proof of our communications they hung up the phone. While the repairs have proven difficult, that doesn't relieve them of their obligation to keep their word and honor their agreements. I know that in this day and age the idea of the customer being right has gone out the window but it doesn't mean we should bare the burden at any and all times. My bottom line has a lot less wiggle room than theirs. These people obviously care much more about milking a repair for all they can than doing a good repair at the proper price and providing good customer service. If a company that provides good service and keeps their word is as important to you as the model of the car you drive, then I reccomend in the strongest possible terms that you shop elsewhere. More
Very professional transaction. Easy to contact and made sure that I had someone to work with if he wasn't available. Spent plenty of time to help me understand the vehicle. I just wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU. I relaize that although things did not work out as I ended up purchasing my 2006 BMW elsewhere, but you were extremely helpful, professional, courteous, consid that although things did not work out as I ended up purchasing my 2006 BMW elsewhere, but you were extremely helpful, professional, courteous, considerate and deligent with your follow up and follow through. In a business that is maligned with numerous characters and agressive sales tactics, you were a pleasant surprise. I thank you for all the work and effort you out forth. In the future, should I be in the market for another BMW I will remember how you conducted yourself and surely look you up as your style and approach to customer service and sales was truly appreciated and respected. There are many BMW dealers that are closer, as you are over 2 hours away, but degree of customer service excellence displayed by your actions and communications is hard to surpass. Thank you again I wish you well in your future endvours. Marla Burns More

Best dealer on the East Coast. Tischer BMW only provides the highest quality support, and assurance that is A+. They are friendly beyond measure, and are more than willing to extend themselves to their customers. They obviously love what they do, and reward their customers with satisfaction. My family has been a loyal customer to them, because they are very loyal to us. For example, my Father had his 5 series worked on at Sears auto repair, and they obviously were not capable of completing the job. Sears was liable for more damage, so we took the car to Tischer BMW, and the problem was solved in just a matter of days! that's guaranteed service you cannot resist. I order parts from them all the time, and their policies are risks free, and very convenient. If a part is not in stock, it is your option to pay before or after it arrives, or not pay anything at all if you decide you no longer want the part. They have great deals, and are not sharks looking for easy bait. More
We went in to look at a 2008 X3 to buy. After talking to Chris about leasing we looked at the lease numbers and were just blown away. Both Chris and Sigis were great. This store is a credit to the BMW bran Chris about leasing we looked at the lease numbers and were just blown away. Both Chris and Sigis were great. This store is a credit to the BMW brand. Much different treatment than we received at a rival in Marlow Heights who seemed to care less about our business. Follow up visit with service department to install mudflaps etc was another great experience. If you are thinking about buying or leasing a BMW go to these guys. More
