I dealt with Mr. Skirpa who was not only very knowledgeable about the BMW products, he was very professional and courteous. I also was impressed with his "no pressure" approach to selling automo knowledgeable about the BMW products, he was very professional and courteous. He won my business by selling me a car at a fair price that he said someone else may beat by a couple of hundred dollars but they would win me over with their service after the sale. The service after my purchase has been the best by far that I have ever experienced. The lengths Tischer goes to when my car needs service is superior. I always get a BMW loaner, not a Honda Accord like other BMW dealers I have dealt with in the past. I always get a phone call from the service department updating me on the status of my vehicle. When my car is returned to me it is washed, clean and the repairs are complete. I have not had a negative experience with Tischer BMW and would recommend them to anyone. More

I had been shopping around the DC metro area for a certified previously owned BMW 6-series vehicle and found quite a few that met my criteria. I visited several dealerships ranging from independents to manufacturer dealers such as Tischer. I did my research, which included reading postings (both good and bad) on this website, pricing out vehicles on vehix.com, carmax.com, cars.com, autotrader.com and the like. I visited many dealer web sites too. From the first email to the each visit or phone call, the salesman, Kailash Joshi has been extremely helpful, courteous and responsive to my questions and needs during the entire buying process. The sales manager, Rick Lopez, was also very friendly and eager to make sure I was comfortable with the process and offered me his own car to go pick up my son in the middle of the sales process while someone at the dealership was evaluating my old car for a trade-in. These guys were professional from the start, there was no pressure during the entire buying process and they sold me the vehicle for a fair price. Financing was easy with BMW providing great rates, even on previously owned vehicles. Here's the bottom line. I was exceptionally impressed with the entire experience buying a car from Tischer BMW. Being an admitted BMW fanatic I was looking for a very specific CPO 530xi 6-spd Sport Wagon, which I found through th buying a car from Tischer BMW. Being an admitted BMW fanatic I was looking for a very specific CPO 530xi 6-spd Sport Wagon, which I found through the bmwusa.com search engine, at Tischer in Silver Spring, MD. (I live in OH). Kevin Hemmis, the Client Advisor I spoke to was knowledgeable, professional and prompt in his replies with all information I needed to make an informed online buying decision. After we arrived at a mutually agreeable price, my wife and I decided to buy the vehicle. Being 500 miles away, Tischer (Joanna McCarthy) arranged everything associated with a remote buying experience...financing, registration, the works. Kevin even picked me up at the airport and fed me lunch! The night before I was to fly to MD to pick up the car, Rick Lopez, CPO Sales Mgr, called to tell me there was a small issue they'd like to take care of prior to pick up that may cause a delay. He offered to cover any reasonable expense associated with the non-refundable airline ticket. As it turns out, he was able to keep a service tech late that evening to take care of the minor issue so everything went off without a hitch. Everyone from the receptionist to the General Mgr were very friendly and professional. After taking delivery, 4 hrs into the 500 mile drive home, Kevin Hemmis called me to see how the drive was and to insure I was absolutely thrilled with the purchase (I was and still am!!).
