We didnt end up buying the car we came to see, but upgraded to an M5 and came away with a great deal on a better car. I didn't feel any pressure to make decisions and my sales guy didn't divert to another customer while waiting for me to make my decision and they were very busy. We ended up being there after closing and the sales manager, sales guy and the finance guy stuck around to close the deal. I was impressed. I will always consider Tischer BMW a decent place to have a car buying relationship with and will recommend them to others. One of the things that impressed me was that we did not feel pressured; had that been the case we would have walked away. Although I had driven an Infiniti, this was my first personal experience driving a BMW and it was a smooth ride. Jerry our Client Advisor was professional, polite and humorous. Overall experience was great. i usually deal with VOB BMW since its right by my house. However it was like night and day with the level of customer service. I had seen a 2006 330i that I liked and we looked at it and it became clear that it was not affordable. Kevin immediately found another with fewer options which was affordable which showed that he could work with me in a very professional manner and that he was very experienced at working with customers. After a quick test drive and talking about the car(Kevin came up with a very good price) the deal was done. The car is as a BMW should be - a real joy to drive - and the purchase of the car was without stress. Overall it has been a positive experience. I was very happy when BMWNA picked up the tab for my subframe damage. Being a subframe repair, the dealership themselves did not handle the actual work - they h happy when BMWNA picked up the tab for my subframe damage. Being a subframe repair, the dealership themselves did not handle the actual work - they had to send it to their bodyshop. On the dealer side of things, all was fantastic. Everything from the consultations, to the updates were top notch and prompt. Gannon rapidly helped find my car in their lot after the car was parked by someone in the wrong spot. However the body shop, the place that actually did the repairs, was not as stellar. They first repaired it wrong, which put an additional delay of 2 weeks. This was important for the fact that towards the end I had to pay for a rental. Second, after getting the car back, my car has experienced a slight resonating vibration/sound going above 70mph. When confronted with the body shop with the problem, they said it was "absurd" to test the problem because of the speed. Basically they refused to diagnose and/or repair the problem. And Thirdly, since they essentially took the rear suspension off the car to repair the problem, they should have looked for worn parts like bushings and such. After receiving the car back, I am experiencing much more creaks from the differential bushing. I will soon need to get them replaced which requires the removal of the drive shaft, flanks, differential, and more. It has been a month or two and I am still getting the vibration/sound on the highway. I am still diagnosing it myself with the help of my local shop and will hopefully find a solution. More

Originally, I visited a Bmw dealer in Annapolis and was very dissatisfied in their approach and sales tactics. I really considered not buying a Bmw and buy something else. One Sunday evening, I was looking very dissatisfied in their approach and sales tactics. I really considered not buying a Bmw and buy something else. One Sunday evening, I was looking online for BMW dealers and noticed that there was one in Silver Springs. I called the next morning and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jerry Grant. This salesman was very knowledgeable about his inventory and sent me an email with the type of vehicle that I was looking for. I made an appointment to meet with him later in the week. Upon arriving to Tisher Bmw, I was greeted and welcomed by Jerry Grant, we searched thru a couple of cars and finally found a great car with all the options I was looking for. I decided to trade my older car in ( in which I was given a great amount of money for ). Once we exchanged all of my information, I was taken to the finance department, where Mr Brian Carter greeted us and gave us our options. He was very honest and helped us to get the number that we were looking for. I would recommend anyone who visits this dealer to work with Jerry Grant and Brian Carter, they are great at what they do and are very helpful. More
Tischer Auto Park is a great dealer to shop. I arrived one late evening and was a little disappointed for waiting an available saleman. However, the manager came out to greeted me with enthusiasm and ask me to wait. Well, i am glad i did. Jerry Grant came after 15 minutes of waiting and i am glad i waited. Jerry is a very friendly, informative, and very professional saleman. Jerry was very personal and great pleasure in salemanship. Another word, he like what he does and what he sales. Jerry took his time to show the inventory. Of course, i am a BMW lover and know exactly what i want. That is easy when it comes to make a deal. I found the car that i 60% liked and striked a number that was very reasonable (Kelly Blue Book Price). Jerry took me to the manager to get approval and of course like every other dealers was not a sale. I left that evening, but did leave information to call if the dealer agrees to sale at the price i suggested. A few days later toward the end of the month, i recieved calls from the manager and Jerry. I told them that i don't want to waste anybody time and gave a final price that i would want the car for on the road (the final figure). I recieved a call back and ask to come in. Jerry was able to pull such the deal and very supprisingly gave me a great deal much more bargain than i expected. I really enjoyed Jerry salemanship and was very glad to have his assistance. Jerry is really on the buyer side. Jerry really knows what you want and bring a great bargain to the buyer. I will definitely come back to exchange my X5 later. He listened and was instrumental in helping me select the vehicle that was best suited for me. I did not purchase a vehicle on my first visit, but Jerry continued to respond to additional inquiries. I did not feel pressured. I returned and purchased a vehicle and Jerry explained the functions of various elements of the vehicle. Everyone I dealt with at Tischer from sales to financing were very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jerry and Tischer to anyone who need to purchase a BMW. More
