When I arrived even though I was thoughtful enough to make an appointment with a sales advisor he spent most of the time with another customer who he said showed up without an appoitment. He sent me to another person who was to do the appraisal of my trade-in, who apparently thought since I was not purchasing a (6) series BMW that I was not worth his time. My sale, though I called up and told Tischer the car I was going to buy and had an appointment took 4 1/2 hours, took less time to close a recent home purchase. I had the trade in, check for down payment and proper credit report. The only good part of this whole process was my fincial girl.
