Originally, I visited a Bmw dealer in Annapolis and was very dissatisfied in their approach and sales tactics. I really considered not buying a Bmw and buy something else. One Sunday evening, I was looking very dissatisfied in their approach and sales tactics. I really considered not buying a Bmw and buy something else. One Sunday evening, I was looking online for BMW dealers and noticed that there was one in Silver Springs. I called the next morning and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jerry Grant. This salesman was very knowledgeable about his inventory and sent me an email with the type of vehicle that I was looking for. I made an appointment to meet with him later in the week. Upon arriving to Tisher Bmw, I was greeted and welcomed by Jerry Grant, we searched thru a couple of cars and finally found a great car with all the options I was looking for. I decided to trade my older car in ( in which I was given a great amount of money for ). Once we exchanged all of my information, I was taken to the finance department, where Mr Brian Carter greeted us and gave us our options. He was very honest and helped us to get the number that we were looking for. I would recommend anyone who visits this dealer to work with Jerry Grant and Brian Carter, they are great at what they do and are very helpful. More
Tischer Auto Park is a great dealer to shop. I arrived one late evening and was a little disappointed for waiting an available saleman. However, the manager came out to greeted me with enthusiasm and ask me to wait. Well, i am glad i did. Jerry Grant came after 15 minutes of waiting and i am glad i waited. Jerry is a very friendly, informative, and very professional saleman. Jerry was very personal and great pleasure in salemanship. Another word, he like what he does and what he sales. Jerry took his time to show the inventory. Of course, i am a BMW lover and know exactly what i want. That is easy when it comes to make a deal. I found the car that i 60% liked and striked a number that was very reasonable (Kelly Blue Book Price). Jerry took me to the manager to get approval and of course like every other dealers was not a sale. I left that evening, but did leave information to call if the dealer agrees to sale at the price i suggested. A few days later toward the end of the month, i recieved calls from the manager and Jerry. I told them that i don't want to waste anybody time and gave a final price that i would want the car for on the road (the final figure). I recieved a call back and ask to come in. Jerry was able to pull such the deal and very supprisingly gave me a great deal much more bargain than i expected. I really enjoyed Jerry salemanship and was very glad to have his assistance. Jerry is really on the buyer side. Jerry really knows what you want and bring a great bargain to the buyer. I will definitely come back to exchange my X5 later. I asked many questions about the vehicles, financing and service and they were thoroughly explained. Jerry was patient and knowledgeable about the different types of vehicles. He listened and was instrumental in helping me select the vehicle that was best suited for me. I did not purchase a vehicle on my first visit, but Jerry continued to respond to additional inquiries. I did not feel pressured. I returned and purchased a vehicle and Jerry explained the functions of various elements of the vehicle. Everyone I dealt with at Tischer from sales to financing were very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jerry and Tischer to anyone who need to purchase a BMW. More
Kailash is a good salesman and the price was right but I had to cancel my order because of very poor customer service otherwise. Not once was a phone call returned from the general manager or finance (I gue had to cancel my order because of very poor customer service otherwise. In addition it has been 3 weeks and my deposit has yet to be returned even though I've called 3 times and been told it would be in the mail the next day. Another week and I'll have to call BMWNA, followed by consumer affairs. Everyone seems very polite, but no one with the exception of the saleman follows up after telling you they will. I've had to call a dozen times for follow ups and it has been quite a frustrating experience. Unfortunately I expect premium service from a premium brand and have not received that with this dealership. So with my order placed, it's back to an out of state dealership where my new purchases have always been awesome. Just a reason for a 3 day road trip with the top down. I did received a very fair price for my trade-in from Tischer. More

Grant, client advisor, who was affacable and very professional. He was able to find a vehicle that matched all of my criteria. When we went for a test drive, I was surprised at the responsiveness of the vehicle; it handled beautifully. By the time we returned to the showroom, the vehicle and my customer experience far exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Jerry, though this was my first BMW experience, it will not be may last. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff. More

I would've rated the dealership all 5's except for the negative experience my significant other & I had with Anthony (Finance). I want to preface my remarks by stating that I have over 25 yrs of sales exp negative experience my significant other & I had with Anthony (Finance). I want to preface my remarks by stating that I have over 25 yrs of sales experience in the private sector, have coordinated customer satisfaction programs & am well aware of the importance of quality customer service to any organization, but especially to a car dealership. I read people's body language & facial expressions when dealing with them face-to-face, & from the moment I met him I was not impressed with Anthony. He appeared unconcerned, almost arrogant, as though he was trying to let us know who was in-charge. When a question arose about a financial issue, my friend, who was a little nervous, was looking to him for suggestions on how to remedy the problem. While helping her initially, he appeared to become progressively more disinterested, as to imply she could not afford the car unless it was on his terms. We were told it would be possible to take the car the same day even if financing was obtained elsewhere (NFCU), but Anthony insisted we'd have to return on Monday (2 days later) for the car. At this point my friend was feeling "put upon" & left the dealership. I had the feeling he really did not want to work with her. Had I not intervened & pursuaded her to return on Monday, there would've been no sale. Employees need to understand it only takes a gesture, a "slip of the lip", or even an expression to sabotage a deal. Over the years, I've "tested" numerous dealerships in this metro area on some of the following items: product knowledge of sales staff, courtesy of all employees, any bias displayed, integrity, & honesty. Any dealer failing these "tests", not only did not get my business, but didn't get any of the business from my friends, clients or business associates. Kevin, who'd been wonderful throughout the entire deal, made arrangements for my friend to meet with Joanna (finance) to complete the paperwork on Monday. Kevin met us on Monday, then introduced us to Joanna, who completed the paperwork professionally without any drama. I must commend the knowledge, professionalism, & courtesy displayed by Kevin & Joanna. When I'm prepared to purchase my BMW, I'll insist on working with them & will refer any additional business to them. Lastly, referrals are the best form of advertising for any business since it incurs no cost to the business. In these troubled economic times, no business can afford to lose any customers, least of all one who had a bad experience with that business. What's that old saying in sales, "a customer having a good experience will tell another person about that experience, but the customer having the bad experience will tell ten". Tischer was chosen in part because of their stellar reputation within the automotive community. Over the years I've referred over a hundred people to particular makes, models, & dealers when I've been impressed by them. My friend absolutely loves the car & could be called a walking billboard for BMW & Tischer. I feel badly having to rate the experience less than perfect, but felt was necessary due to the dealings with Anthony. Otherwise, Tischer would have received a perfect score. More
I just moved from miami , florida to start my medical residency in DC and needed to lease a car. This was the greatest experience I had buying a car. He was very pleasant and great company during our 45 minute drive to Maryland. After we leased the car Jerry sat with us for almost an hour explaining and demonstrating every feature of the car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Maryland, Virginia and DC area! More
