This dealers' process and procedures were painless. We were treated with respect and dignity. Jerry wanted to make sure that we both left happy and that all our requirments were met. My Car is a BMW 328i and my Husband's is a BMW 6 convertable. I think the 6 should be mine but he won't part with it. Jerry knew the inventory and he was able to match us to the cars that best suited us both. He could describe the features, and differences came across as a very knowledgable saleperson. If wasn't just about selling the cars, it was selling the right car to the right person. He wanted to make sure we had all the info so that we could make the right decisions on what cars would best suit us. I stopped in Tischer BMW to test drive a BMW, with no intention of purchasing a car that day. In fact, I hadn't done my research yet. They were not hesitant to explain all of the math involved with the financing options and the dealership's profits. There was no haggling and no feeling of a contentious negotiation. In the end, I was comfortable enough to go forward with the purchase that day. It was a long process, but it felt like the time was spent with new friends. We recently purchased a 2009 BMW 335 xDrive from Norman Weinstock at Tischer BMW, Silver Spring, MD. Norman was very thorough, friendly, and careful to make sure that we had everything done at the appropriate time. He went out of his way to make sure that we understood what was going on and that we were informed of progress. Tischer staff also alerted us to the possibility of taking US delivery at the BMW Performance Center near Greenville, SC. Norman worked with us to arrange for this additional delivery process (which, incidentally, was a wonderful experience -- kudos to BMW). Norman again made sure that all our paperwork (for temporary license plate, etc.) was done on time, and kept us informed of progress. This is the second time we have purchased a BMW from Norman (the first time was also via European delivery) and each time we have found him to be very friendly, helpful, happy to do the research necessary to help us to get the car we wanted in the way we wanted, and, finally, very careful to ensure that no paperwork is overlooked and that all is processed on time. I live in Denver, Colorado. Although, Tisher BMW offers to arrange shipping the vehicle to you, the distance didn’t bother me after seeing the how well the condition of Tischer BMW’s Certified Pre-Owned vehicles were. Their pricing is reasonable for the quality of their models as well. When it came to the negotiation and purchasing process I dealt with Kailash Joshi. I highly recommend working through Kailash. He is hands down the best sales associate that I have every worked with. We were able to communicate by phone, email, and fax prior to my trip to the dealership. I flew into Baltimore-Washington International where Kailash was kind enough to pick me up. He was more than welcoming to say the least. Throughout my time at the dealership I was treated like a king. There Kailash introduced me to several individuals including the Business Manager – Brian Carter, Used Cars Manager – Rick Lopez, and General Manager – Larry Servin. This is the type of dealership that appreciates your business and will do what it takes to ensure that the customer is satisfied.
