I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and traded a relatively new vehicle. My sales rep was attentive, nice to deal with, and did not try to use any of the tired sales tactics that are popular with so many sales new vehicle. My sales rep was attentive, nice to deal with, and did not try to use any of the tired sales tactics that are popular with so many salespersons. I met and interacted with the Pre-Owned sales manager and the overal dealership manager who treated me well and were clearly doing their best to make my experience a very good one. After I completed the paperwork and was ready to take delivery of auto, I noticed a few very small dings in the roof that I had not noticed. The sales rep and the Pre-Owned manager apologized and told me that if they could not quickly make it like new to my satisfaction, they would certainly undo the transaction. Fortunately the body repair rep was brought to the car quickly and made it like new within and hour after arriving. All in all, could not have asked for more. Highly recommend. More

Another person who particularly astute in picking up on little details that could have turned the sale into a disaster, he averted the problem quite effectively, his people skills became readily apparent in the situation, he knew we wanted to buy a BMW and he wanted to sell his product, a perfect match in the real world, “we want to buy & you want to sell” were about to walk out, but he was able work with us in every possible way, by the time we realize we were signing the deal and this great employee is Rick Lopez he’s the certified pre-owned manager. I am very pleased with the service I've had from Tischer. I moved to the area from Maine with my 'pet' BMW 750iL (1996), a great but very complex car. It has the V12 and I don't trust just anyone to work on it. Tischer did not treat it like an 'old' car but gave it the care a finicky guy like me wants. Kristina, the Service Manager I deal with most of the time is clearly 'into' cars and treated my car like the classic it was. They also diagnosed and repaired correctly a faint front end shimmy, did it right the first time. Many drivers wouldn't have noticed this imperfection and some shops would have said it was acceptable but Kristina knew I wanted it perfect and made it so. In Maine I had my own garage and did most of my maintenance because I didn't always trust someone else to do the work. Tischer BMW has my full trust. I traded my 1996 750 on a somewhat rare 2006 BMW 760Li, an even more complex care, still under warranty. On my first service visit the Service Manager noted some uneven wear on my tires and provided a free all-wheel alignment. I try to keep my cars in perfect condition and trust Tischer to do that. As I said, I am a very particular customer when it comes to my cars. I have dealt primarily with Kristina, who is excellent. I am pretty knowledgeable about these cars and she and I can have a very technical discussion about service and maintenance and she always has good advice regarding maintaining the car, things I didn't know. She is a 'car person'. Some dealerships I've been to in the past would have a Service Manager who is more of a administrative/management person and I would have a hard time explaining what I wanted done to the car because I knew more about the car than they did. Not so with Tischer. Tischer is a tough drive from where I live in Arlington and there are much closer BMW dealerships. I bought my 2006 760Li from Tischer because I wanted any warranty work that might come up done there and I wanted it done right. It is well worth the drive. So, I would say that if you are finicky about your BMW and want excellent and timely service go to Tischer. I am very happy with my service there. More
This is my 3rd CPO BMW (after two CPO MB) and was, by far, the best experience. The dealership is 150+ miles from my home but the price, level of service, and ease of the transaction made the drive very far, the best experience. Much of the deal was completed over the phone and via e-mail... time at the dealership was limited to test drive and signatures. Seamless coordination between sales, management, finance and service. The folks as Tischer were great, and I was a tricky customer because I was buying a present. Michael Bolgar, my salesman, worked very hard to advise me on the right car to pick out based on my spouse' customer because I was buying a present. I knew what I need to get on a number of fronts, but there were also things I didn't know to worry about, and he helped me figure all of it out, offering great guidance without being in the least bit pushy. On price, Tischer compared very favorably to other places, and I feel like the dealership worked hard to find the right car for my range. Thanks, guys! More
I purchased a 2006 BMW X3 from Manny Baltimy and he was very courtous and responsive in obtaining a competitive price. After visiting several BMW dealers I found it a pleasure dealing with Manny. After driving it for several days the Service Engine Soon warning lamp came on and when taking it in I worked with Kerry Jones who was very responsive in resolving the problem and had me in and out in half an hour. I am looking forward to a good working relationship maintaining the car in the future with the company. More
3/4 of my experience with Tischer was very good especially compared to other dealership in MD. One problem I had initially is Tischer loves themselves, Even though we told the sales man that we w especially compared to other dealership in MD. One problem I had initially is Tischer loves themselves, Even though we told the sales man that we wanted to see some cars as quickly as possible so we could still have the daylight he spend 30 minutes talking about what a great place Tischer was and by that time the sun was setting. They have a lighted cancpy but it's still not the same as daylight when you are spending that much money. They take very nice care of their cars. The CPOs we saw drove very well. Our sales men was nice and very funny. The problem was once money came up the nice professional atmosphere got sucked out into space. Our sales men became increasingly less pleasant compared to what he was moments ago. So advice don't tell Kailash what your price range of what fair is, I just realized he asked me this, I told him and then he wouldn't move from that max, even for much lesser cars. The thing that made this so frustrating is that we couldn't get them to play ball at all. I don't even think I heard a number come out of the sales man's mouth. Basically I got stone walled. The prices they were asking were very high compared to others in the area, and I only asked them to come down a small amount to make it less sour. I ended up buying a better equipped for 5K less then what MY offer to buy originally was. Although I was frustrated when I left, I am now so happy the sales men was so unreasonable, it got me a much better car at a much better price elsewhere. After checking out another BMW dealership in Fairfax I can tell you Tischer is nothing special. They are good but they are a BMW dealership they are supposed to be good. If you are in the area they are a good place to check out to see the type of quality in a CPO you should expect. However, from my experience make this the first place you look, don't buy and shop at others to compare. If they are the best deal come back to them. It saved me thousands. More

I enjoyed working with Mike Thompson, he is very knowledgable about the car and in demonstrating the features of the car, particularly the "I Drive" system. When delivering the car he spent a great deal of time ensuring I understood how the features work. He also programmed my phone and nav system so I could use them immediatley. I highly recommend Mike and Tischer BMW. More
