Best car experience I’ve ever had buying a car hands down. I was in the market for a 335i. I first went to Tisher to look around. My client adviser was Manny Elbaltimy. Not only does he work for Tisher he is a BMW enthusiast. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was more than happy to let me drive a car of my choice. I then let them know I wanted to look around some more before I made any decision or even talked about a sale. There was no pressure and Manny just told me to look around and then let him know and he would call me when they got a 335i that would be a perfect fit. I found one at a different close by BMW dealership and almost had a deal but the salesman blew it because he wanted to leave since he had “plans.” I was going to go back the next day but decided I would rather wait and go through Manny at Tisher. About a week later, the car I was looking for came in and Manny made sure it was ready when I came to look at it. I drove it, made a deal, and bought it. The sales manager, Rick, was also very nice and was willing to work with me. Painless. Since it is a certified pre-owned car, Manny made sure everything was in great condition when I picked it up. He took care of anything that needed to be done. This is my 4th BMW and my 5th, 6th, 7th and so on will be bought from Tisher. Bottom line is if you are in the market for a BMW go to Tisher BMW, ask for Manny and you will find the car you are looking for. More

I must say, Tischer BMW is first rate all around. It is easy to see why when you have people like Kailash Joshi (Internet Client Advisor) at the realm! He was busy with another client when I arrived but promply showed me where to get a fresh cup of coffee, which by the way was delicious, and he was with me in no time. We went over the features of the car that I saw on the internet line item by line item and he explained what each feature did, both on paper and once we got in to test drive the car(and also as I was driving behind the wheel). Wonderful! Much like purchasing a home. After test driving the 335i which I initally requested, I asked to test drive the 328i for comparison. Kailash was happy to ablige even though it was close to 10:00pm, near closing time. I ultimately chose the 328i. I could not be more satified! You would be doing yourself a great disservice if you did not seek out Kailash as your Advisor. He is very professional, very upfront, very personable, and above all very courteous.
