Last week, I began discussions with Andy Alexis about trading my car in for a new one. Andy had worked with me on two previous occasions and I was thoroughly satisfied with his customer service and exce trading my car in for a new one. Therefore, I contacted him again when I was ready to get another car. Andy introduced me to Kailash Joshi. Kailash is an excellent salesperson. He spent an enormous amount of time with me making sure that I was satisfied, understood everything that was being done and explaining everything about my car. He even went over things that were the same in my previous car because he wanted to make sure that I got the full benefit from everything the car had to offer. When I left, he kept telling me to call if I ever had a question. He, in fact, called me to make sure there was no problem. This review cannot begin to explain how satisfied I feel knowing that Kailash and Andy are just a phone call away if I ever need help. I have been dealing with Tischer BMW going on six years now and I am as elated as I was in the beginning. Joe Diss in the service department as well as the other employees have always made me feel welcome and happy to be there. I have never been disappointed when I left Tischer and I will definitely go back to confide in Kailash and Andy and the service department team. They addressed every concern that I had in a most straightforward and reasonable manner. I always got straight, honest answers. After we worked out the terms of the deal, Anthony Lucas in finance took care of the final details in a pleasant and painless manner. What a terrific group of pros! I had been looking for a 2007 335i manual transmission. I found one at Tischer, from whom I have bought four cars in the past. Manny was helpful, friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Since I live in Florida he arranged to have the car shipped to me and to do all the necessary paperwork, including financing. When the car arrived it had been put beneath another car that was leaking oil. I mentioned this to Manny and he immediately advised me to get the car detailed at Tischer's expense. I've never bought a car through the internet before. This has been an excellent experience and I'd do it again. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a BMW unseen from a dealer via the internet, contact Manny. You will not be sorry. More

I found Jacob Raykhel to be attentive,friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in my search for a used 328I. The finance office was also helpful in locating an interest slightly lower than the one I int knowledgeable and helpful in my search for a used 328I. I visited Tischer BMW a few weeks ago to make inquiries about ordering a 2011 328i from the factory. Kailash Joshi introduced himself, answered all my questions and met me for a test drive a few days late about ordering a 2011 328i from the factory. Kailash Joshi introduced himself, answered all my questions and met me for a test drive a few days later. We "built" the car I wanted and arrived at a very competitive price. In the middle of this process my Dad got sick and was hospitalized. I informed Kailash that things would need to be put on hold until my Dad was better. From that moment on, until I sat down with him and ordered the car last week, I recieved no pressure and Kailash kept in touch to reassure me that he was there when I needed him. He understood that the new BMW took a back seat to my family issues and he treated this with respect, dignity and compassion. When the car arrives I would like to follow up re: Tischer BMW service, but at this point I can say that their sales force, as exemplified by Kailash Joshi, is first class. Knowledgable and compassionate sales people like Kailash Joshi are few and far between. Tischer BMW is fortunate to have him as part of their team. More

I came across a 750iL that at Tischer. The only problem is that I live 450 miles from them. However, Rick and Mike made the decision easy for me to fly down to pick up the car. It is very nice when you buy a new car and have that kind of sale man like that.So when I took my new X6 home, I found out the car had missing a cover and little dent,and I called Kailas but He was on vacation and I had talk to Andy( Sale Manager) and he told me to bring the car right back for him to see, after he saw it and he taken care it right away,also he had someone to drop me home of and pick me up when the car is ready,Andy such a very nice person and responsibility, that he know how to taken care of the business,and he always smile to the customer too.I was very happy to work with them, because from sale man to sale manager,They have excellent service ,and I think I done the right thing to bought a new car here.
