I purchased a 328i convertible. The salesperson was Kevin Hemmis. He is a great salesman. Prior to purchase, he took the time to go over the options I wanted. During the time, it was being built, I would occasionally e-mail Kevin with questions. He always answered promptly. When the car arrived at the dealership, he let me know. We scheduled a time for pick and he took the time to go over many of the car's features with me. Some of which I forgot and I'm still reading the owner's manual. Since I made the purchase, he has contacted me to ask how I was enjoying the car. It is a great car. Not only would I recommend the dealership, I would recommend Kevin personally. I think that the service he provided makes it a pleasure to buy a car. He and Tischer are a winning combination which considering the economic times is saying a lot. More

After much searching online from my home in Indianapolis for a pre-owned BMW 3 series convertible, I eventually located what I was looking for at Tischer BMW in Silver Spring, Maryland. I put in an inquiry for a pre-owned BMW 3 series convertible, I eventually located what I was looking for at Tischer BMW in Silver Spring, Maryland. I put in an inquiry and connected with Kevin Hemmis at the dealership. From that point forward, Kevin insured that all of my many questions were answered and that I was completely comfortable as we progressed through the sales process. Upon my requesting, Kevin even went so far as to take some individual pictures of a few areas of the vehicle for me. On the financing side of things, I worked with Joanna McCarty and she was extremely helpful in answering my questions and reviewing the numbers. I planned to have the vehicle shipped to me, but at the last minute I decided to fly out to pick up the vehicle. When I called on Friday and asked about services to get me from the Baltimore airport to the dealership, Kevin immediately offered to pick me up himself and take me to my car. He did just that early on Saturday morning. This gesture was certainly above and beyond what I would typically expect, and it was very much appreciated. Kevin took me through all of the vehicle’s features and again insured that I was comfortable with it. Eventually, I was able to start my trek back to Indianapolis. A couple of hours into the trip Kevin phoned me just to make sure I was enjoying the ride, which I was immensely. I strongly recommend Tischer BMW. More
I recently purchased a CPO'd 2007 Z4 M Coupe from Kailash Joshi at Tischer BMW in Silver Spring, MD and I'd like to share my experience. First let me start by saying, I am a car enthusiast. I love driving them, I love working on them, I love traffic. Ok maybe not that last one as much but you get the idea. My previous car was my first BMW, a 2002 325i, and I'm hooked. After moving to Dallas a year ago, I was craving a sportier car since the roads in this area are fun to drive. I was looking for something manual, something that handled well and had some power. At the time, my current car was in great condition and my buddy was planning on purchasing it whenever I was ready, so there was no rush. I searched for about 3 months before I decided to purchase the car from Kailash. I found my new car through the BMW CPO website and gave Tischer a call. Kailash answered and was very helpful in providing all the information on the vehicle. He stated that the car was in perfect condition. This I did not believe so I decided to get a second opinion. I am part of many BMW discussion groups that discuss topics ranging from aftermarket stereos to aftermarket superchargers and all the other issues you might run into owning a car. There are different regional sections on these "forums" and I requested the help of another fellow enthusiast to swing by and check out the car. These communities are very helpful and passionate about cars. One fellow enthusiast was headed up to the same dealership to have some work performed on his car and offered to check out the car for me. I took him up on it and he saw the car 2 days later. He called me after checking out the car and said it really was in perfect condition like Kailash had said. I asked if he would purchase that car if he was in my shoes and he agreed he would. He being a neutral party with no interest in whether or not I purchase the car basically sealed the deal, I decided to purchase a car I had never test drove nor even sat in! I had test drove a similar car locally but not the actual car. Kailash couldn't have been more helpful. All paperwork was overnighted to sign. The paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner. BMW financing was helpful with getting the money squared away. They even took care of all the DMV paperwork and registration. I haven't been to the DMV at all. They provided names of companies that could ship the car and when it arrived, it had a full tank a gas, a temporary tag and was ready to drive. Once I received the car, I was truly happy with the condition it was in. Exactly as Kailash had described. They provided the entire vehicle history and with me being a car guy, this was great. If I am ever in need of a new car, I am heading to Tischer & Kailash first. -Mark More

I flew from Chicago to DC to purchase a specific car for my wife. Manny )My salesperson)picked me up from the airport during a snowstorm which was good service. I wound up stuck in DC. manny suggested a hotel (very pleased with the suggestion) and even let me follow him to the hotel to make sure I made it safely in our new rear wheel drive car. He also followed up the next day (which was a Sunday) to ensure we got on the road and had no issues. The service was top notch as a whole with this dealership. On a subsequent follow up the sales manager also displayed the professionalism he promised during the purchase. I would recommend this dealership. The price was fair for our vehicle and the financing was outstanding which made this car a very good value. More
We was in Maryland during my Easter Holiday Weekend visiting with family and I found a 2009 BMW 328xi on Tischer's BMW website. I contacted Jacob Raykhel a few days before we were driving down to Mary visiting with family and I found a 2009 BMW 328xi on Tischer's BMW website. I contacted Jacob Raykhel a few days before we were driving down to Maryland and told him that I was interested in the car. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Jacob Raykhel and Rick Lopez the sales manager. My husband and I were very happy with the service we received. The car was immaculate and our experience was excellent! Jacob, Rick and the entire staff were very accommodating and friendly. I got a better trade in value for my 2004 BMW 325xi and a great deal on my new 2009 328xi! I am very happy! Thank you! More

He provided us with multiple options that suited our needs and went over each in extreme detail. He worked closely with the finance department to ensure that we received the maximum for our trade in and gave us a competitive price for our vehicle. We went in just expecting to do some research and ended up driving out with a new car that day. None of that would have been possible without Kailash's professionalism and hard work. Wanted to post a follow up of the excellent service I have received from Tischer BMW and especially Kailash Joshi. It has been over 3 months since I picked up my X5 35d and it has been pure joy. The car is so much fun to drive, has great power, build quality is excellent and the gas mileage great but this is something I expected when purchasing my BMW. What I did not expect was the exemplary service I have received from Kailash post sale. It started with his call the day I was down at the Performance Center for my delivery to make sure everything was going smoothly. He then followed up to make sure I arrived home safely and the X5 performed as expected for me on my drive home from South Carolina. I did have an issue with a BMW accessory I had purchased and where he could have easily just passed me off to the parts department instead he took the time out of his day to help me rectify it. As a final note my folks who live down in Florida are considering a BMW and I had some specific questions that I wanted to answer for them. Kailash knowing that they are all ready dealing with a salesperson didn't hesitate to answer my questions simply because he goes that extra mile to make his customers happy. There are some salespeople and dealerships that once you sign on the dotted line they are on to the next sale and not concerned about your post purchase experience, definitely not the case with Kailash. So in conclusion when it's time to add a new or used BMW to your stable do not hesitate to head over to Tischer BMW and especially Kailash Joshi if you want a no pressure sales experience and excellent service pre and post sale. My wife and I were casually shopping for a pre owned, 2007, certified, 328i 6 speed convertible. We found a creampuff at Tisher. During the test drive, we heard a squeek coming from the roof area. He took 3 test drives with us that evening and acknowledged that there indeed was a flaw and that he would get the problem resolved the next day. This is exactly what happened. Manny told us he drove it himself; twice, to make absolutely sure it was fixed before we returned to the dealer. He explained exactly what the root cause was and how it was repaired (broken clip in the roof mechanism). We were impressed with the quick diagnosis and quick turnaround. This factored into our decision to purchase the vehicle. The general manager, Rick, was very informative about BMW sales and service. He also created a "no pressure" atmosphere as we negotiated on the price. My wife and I were very happy with the deal we struck with Rick and Manny. This is my first BMW - I am hopeful that my up coming years experience with this car will live up to the reputation that both Manny and Rick proclaimed about BMW quality and Tisher service.
