I came into the dealership looking to buy a used BMW 750 (my favorite car). However, after speaking with Manny, not only did I realize just how nice an automobile the 535 Beamer is, I also started to under (my favorite car). However, after speaking with Manny, not only did I realize just how nice an automobile the 535 Beamer is, I also started to understand how much more of a VALUE buying that car was for my budget . . . and it was a newer model than what I thought I would be able to purchase of the 7-Series. In short, I purchased 2008 BMW 535 and I feel good about it - GREAT, actually! This was possible only due to what I feel was Manny's honesty and his manager Rick Lopez's knowledgeable take on their brand's inventory and, with Ms. McCarthy's help, he had a few ideas on how to make the most out of my unique financing options - they both had a lot of integrity but, more than anything else, they made me feel like a valued client and not some idiot with a bull’s-eye on my back . . . which is exactly how I felt at some other BMW location in Rockville a few weeks earlier :/ More
While the service is great the helpfullness of the service advisors is poor. My service advisor was helping one person and two other customers were waiting. I noticed there were two advisors with no service advisors is poor. My service advisor was helping one person and two other customers were waiting. I noticed there were two advisors with no customers that could have helped customers but neither of the available service advisors offered to help us. This is bad customer service. No matter who the customers assigned advisor is if another advisor is available/free customers should always be helped. This practice needs to be fixed. I received better service at other dealerships. More

This has been the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a car. Kailash has been phenomenal! I am a tough customer for sure but he has been very understanding throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sell and has his customers best interest at heart. To describe his exceptional work on your behalf by saying he is "The best BMW Client Advisor" should be an insult, he is so much more. Every time I've visited Tisher BMW I've been pleasantly greeted as a welcomed guest although I've already completed my order. Pricing and ordering was a breeze with no back and forth haggling. My previous experience at another BMW dealer was quite the opposite - once the CA had my deposit I was no longer important. This wasn't the case with Kailash, he continues to treat me as a new customer walking into the door. As I stated before, I know I am a tough customer because I will not allow myself to be jerked around by any salesman out to get my money, but Kailash is very respectful, professional, coherent about the status of your order, and honest. He has kept me up-to-date absolutely every step of the order and very responsive. His prompt responsiveness with all his work load of assisting other customers is strikingly noticeable. I have excitedly told all of my closest friends to by a BMW and to seek Kailash Joshi at Tisher BMW. My experience has been so wonderful at Tisher BMW that my friend jokingly say I must be a spokesperson for them. Well, I'm not but I can't help but be so excited. :-) I will recommend Tisher BMW and Kailash to anyone!!! More
I took my CPO 325xi for the annual service and there was confusion on many levels. From both ends, and both parties somewhat responsible. I did have to talk a lot and be somewhat stubborn but Bryan was ab confusion on many levels. From both ends, and both parties somewhat responsible. I did have to talk a lot and be somewhat stubborn but Bryan was able to make the problem go away. Granted the blame is still looking for a home. But my car got serviced and hopefully I won't have to be back for a year. I bought a luxury car in order to receive luxury service, which I have gotten at the delearship where I purchased my vehicle. The bar was set high by my previous local dealership. I often told people that Tisher was the best around but often made you feel like a number and who really wants to be a number? But today after my 3rd visit I was a witness of the level of service that compares to the brand. I know they get a lot of volume at the Silver Spring dealership, and maybe my expectations are high. But, even though I got a little pushback today, I'm pleasently surprised that they listened to me and did something about it. More
Received quality service. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion. The sales person was very patient in answering my questions. I test drove the various cars that I was interested in. It is particularly gratifying when one gets to work with an agency where the entire personnel work as one team to ensure the satisfaction of their clients. Since 2008, we have had a lease for a 2008 BMW 328i. We needed some auto service on our vehicle and called Rick Lopez. He immediately recommended we bring him the vehicle for service and took control of the situation, never with an accusatory or judgmental tone and without protest. Everyone there is very polite and willing to assist the client. We want to sincerely thank you and recommend you continue to hire wonderful people like Mr. Rick Lopez and Mr. Juan C. Rubio, who greatly facilitated this process for us. We were provided a car until everything was done, which was also a very nice gesture. Thanks so much and God bless. More
I called Tisher BMW and and asked for the sales department for BMW. I was transferred to Kailash. He was very friendly and patient. I told him I had a car in mind and a list of the features I wante department for BMW. I was transferred to Kailash. He was very friendly and patient. I showed up, he greeted me with a hug as if I were an old friend. I was pleasantly surprised. I showed him my wish list. He reviewed them with me and brought some things to my attention that saved me money and still left me happy!!!! I test drove the car, we chatted like buddies. He went over all the features of the car, he was an expert. I changed my mind a few times in regards to the color I wanted for my car, he was very understanding and patient. Kailash suggested we walk around the lot to look at several different colors of BMW's, along with the two colors I was torn between. He wanted to make sure I was happy. Kailash introduced me to Joanna who handled all the finances, she was very efficient and helpful. He also introduced me to Chris, who explained how my current lease would be affected if my new car was not ready by the time my lease was up; no worries everything taken care of. This was by far the best experience I've had at any car dealership. As stated, I'm currently leasing a BMW, I only wish my first experience was as great as this one. I felt valued and well taken care of. Trust me, you can't go wrong at Tisher BMW with Kailash. He goes the extra mile!!!!!!! I mean the guy offered to walk around the lot in 100 degrees temperature!!!! More

This is my second purchase from Tischer and it just keeps getting better. I enjoy the personal attention from this particular dealership and the sense that everyone in the dealership is interested in my bein getting better. If there is a problem- someone tries to correct it immediately. I think Andy Alexis is one of the best sales people out there. He is never pushy but confident in his product knowing every aspect of it. He is always willing to listen to my needs and desires. Overall an A+ experience. More
