OMG, what can I say about these two gentlemen, after days of email correspondence with Jacob, I finally picked a day to come in to do business, and he was so attentive to my needs, however he could be there of email correspondence with Jacob, I finally picked a day to come in to do business, and he was so attentive to my needs, however he could be there the one day I could stop by, so he made absolutely sure he asked one of his collegues to assist me Mr. Lonnie Overby. Lonnie was great, he called early Wednesday morning to see when I would be there, once I got there, he was very attentive to my needs, made my car buying experience wonderful. I test drove two cars and ultimately fell in love with a Black 750 LI. I will be recommending these two gentlemen in the future to others who are in the market for a new BMW as I will also return to BMW of Silver Spring for my future BMRs... The finance part was excellent as well and fast, thank god for excellent credit, I was in and out of there in no time. More

Even though I've moved about 30 minutes out of the way from the Silver Spring location, I still return to this dealership for maintenance and sales. My last trip was to lease my 328i and once again, a way from the Silver Spring location, I still return to this dealership for maintenance and sales. My last trip was to lease my 328i and once again, a pleasurable experience. Jacob responded back to my initial inquiry within hours, and I was able to come in the same week. I'm an indecisive person, so that same day I came in, I left Jacob not sure which car I wanted to lease. I felt no pressure to decide, Jacob did not hound me with a follow up phone call (... not going to single out THAT dealership). Once I did reach back out to Jacob a couple days later, he was still just as enthusiastic about the lease. The salesmen at Silver Spring will tell you want you want to hear, but never pressure you into signing, or make YOU feel like the inconvienace.
