Lonnie is excellent to work with. He very carefully educates you on the car's features and makes you understand the options you have based on your needs. Went to BMW of Silver Spring looking for a used 3 series. Met and worked with Steven Mueller who helped me track down what I was looking for after 3 visits (very patient!). Thanks to him, we were able to route a perfect driving experience back from the BMW Performance Center in Greenville, SC. He made sure our paperwork was in perfect order and ensured seamless registration with BMW Assist. Also need to mention Mikhail Bolgar, Michael Maloney and Andrew Lippincott. They made the paperwork and numbers stress free and actually enjoyable!! :-))) Highly recommend this dealership!!! In terms of friendliness......amazingly approachable and friendly folk. The great price we got on the car was the icing on the cake!!! More

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jacob when buying our 328i. Jacob was courteous and knowledgeable about the BMW product. After coming home with the sedan, we had a few questions about an issue that popped up on the sedan which we were not aware of when we purchased the car. Jacob was quick to return our phone calls and direct us to a Service consultant. The issue turned out to be nothing, but the fact that Jacob and team were so attentive and committed to ensuring we were 100% satisfied is the reason I will return to the BMW of Silver Spring. More

Beyond deplorable, not worth a visit or even a drive by. As far as BMW dealers go, this is the worst out of the 25 I've worked with. Service is non-existent, staff aren't trustworthy, and it's truly just a As far as BMW dealers go, this is the worst out of the 25 I've worked with. Service is non-existent, staff aren't trustworthy, and it's truly just a huge waste of time even considering this dealership. I worked with three different sales associates to no avail. Fundamentally the sales associates have their own agenda and could care less what you are looking for or even actively listening to their customers. You will walk in wanting a car. They promise they have the car. Then they'll hand you the keys to a tank and try to convince you this is what you really want, since it's what's conveniently on their lot. A game of smoke and mirrors, later you discover the car they promised they had in stock, they didn't and had no intention of locating it for you. I agree with another reviewer, they tend to play bait and switch a lot and I just wouldn't consider them a reputable dealership in general, little a lone a BMW dealership. I was in between cars and took time off work and rented several cars to visit the dealership which was all a waste of time and money. They truly don't value their customers or their time. Best to move on, I did and found my BMW elsewhere. More
