I purchased a 2024 430i and it was the best experience I have ever experienced purchasing an automobile. My 2016 428xi was totaled and I was unsure what I was going to purchase. When I walked into the Mile One Silver Spring BMW dealership in Maryland and was introduced to Mr. Steven Roumeliotis, I could feel his goal was not just to sell me an automobile but to help me find what best fit me. Mr. Roumeliotis took his time and explained the various features of the automobiles I was interested in. He educated me on things I didn’t know about BMW and cars in general. The conversation with him as well as the time spent there was actually enjoyable and I didn’t hesitate to spend my money because I felt his goal was to ensure I obtained an automobile that fit me.
