I just wanted to share my experience with one of your service advisors, Kimberly Drew. Unfortunately, I found her behavior to be very unprofessional. I needed service for my vehicle and she brushed me off as if I was a nobody, not only that but her communication skills were very poor. I do not understand why managers hire people with poor customer service. i left without getting my car serviced and will not be coming back.
