My vehicle was ordered from Germany and Kyle kept me informed about the status from the shipping port to the delivery at BMW of Silver Spring dealership. When we went on test drives, Kyle pointed out key features and the impact on the driving experience and vehicle response. I also like the route that he chose, because it enable me get a good feel of the vehicles. Naeim explained the scope and the benefits of each of the maintenance packages, which helped me make a decision. I also appreciate that the options were customizable.
