Since I pre-ordered the vehicle of my choice the wait period from order to delivery was about 10 weeks. During that time he was aways available and attentive to my requests and changes. Even though the deal was done, Scott still took the time to answer my calls and texts. In this day I am so surprised to find someone who truly follows through with their promises. Thank you Scott! My experience with BMW of Silver Spring is mixed. While my sales person David S. was excellent, very knowledgeable and made the process easy, the financing team was most difficult to deal with. The finance guy Steve was not the best to work with, he kept reminding us about how much money they are losing on the new car when in fact this is not the responsibility of them. I guess he just cannot take off the sales person hat. For some strange reason, the finance team was responsible for my trade, asked for a CarMax match, they gave us $2k less than what I have printed. They also tried to jack to finance rate. Overall, sales person great but NOT the finance person. More
