Outstanding I have bought a number of BMWs from different dealerships in Montgomery County. I have work with dealer sales representatives in the past, but I found Mrs.Jackson's customer service, customer orientation, knowledge, genuousness, and negoitating skills, to be refreshing. Her customer service was far beyond what I had experienced from other dealerships.
