When I entered BMW of Silver Spring in early January, it was not my intent to buy another BMW. However, after discussing my concerns with Brandi Rodgers, my service advisor, and meeting with my client advis was not my intent to buy another BMW. Ron worked with me to help find the exact vehicle, and color I wanted then worked tirelessly to negotiate a reasonable price. Ron is a consummate professional, he demonstrates a myriad of essential characteristics, integrity, product knowledge, attentiveness, and he’s mastered the art of listening to the needs of the customer. Many thanks to Brandi , for providing me with excellent customer care over the last several years, and recommending that I consider talking to Ron about my options.
