They made sure that the actual paperwork portion was process was quick but very thorough and that before I left the dealership I was familiar with my new BMW so that my driving experience could be the nothing short of perfect. They even called me the next day to ensure I had made it home alright and to see if I had any questions regarding the functionality of my new X3, making me feel truly part of their family!
