While the first purchase was problem free it did not stand out as much as my most current buying experience, which was extraordinarily satisfying, especially in light of the fact that it had to happen during the time of 'social distancing' . From my initial contact this time around I dealt with Eric Lovo and we worked out the entire transaction by email within a few days - Eric was excellent in responding with all the relevant information very quickly. When it came to the actual pick up of the new car, Eric managed the formalities efficient and quick and so did Julia Plummer in Finance who also impressed me with her knowledge and professionalism.
