For this reason, we decided to make this purchase here. Our BMW client advisor was Karen. She was great and very knowledgeable about all things BMW. I would say one of the things that stood out was the fact that she also took pride in owning a BMW which is such a value add when one is selling a product and in the case a BMW. She took her time to provide us with the kind of service that would make anyone feel at home. Additionally, she worked hard to ensure we got the best deal that could be offered. I'm not the kind of buyer that likes the back end forth of negotiating so I want the best deal to be offered especially since I do my research before entering any dealership. Karen is GREAT. I would also like to give a great thanks to all those that we interacted with to make this process a success.
