We just bought a new vehicle at BMW of Silver Spring and it was a great experience. After a failed negotiation elsewhere, we decided to see if Costco's buying service included BMW. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the car and the buying process. Everything was accurate and smooth. Ron not only listened to my needs/ desires, but actively provided guidance, and sound feedback once he located a vehicle within my budget. I must admit I was reluctant to move forward initially due to the monthly cost being a little higher than anticipated, but Ron and his manager were able to accommodate by meeting me half way . In addition, after my purchase Ron went out of his way to follow up with me on two separate occasions to see how I was enjoying my vehicle, and is always available when I have questions via email or cell phone.
