My wife and I were interested in a late model used BMW. We had the great pleasure to work with Brittany. We first communicated by email, my choice, and worked out a deal, as she went to bat for me with her We had the great pleasure to work with Brittany. We first communicated by email, my choice, and worked out a deal, as she went to bat for me with her supervisor. When we arrived, she already had the vehicle in the detail department. She is a very pleasant and courteous person. We filled out the paperwork and finished reasonably quick, with the finance department. She spent a lot of time with us, going over the all the high tech features of the car before we left. I highly recommend Brittany and Silver Spring BMW. More

Kyle was great! Very knowledgeable! Answered every question I had about the car and its features... which in my opinion, makes a great sales associate when it comes to the field.
