I sold my last BMW because it had telematics issues that couldn’t be resolved, and at the same time the used car market was just too good to pass up selling it. But when we trade my husband’s, or when I’m ready to buy another, the trip to Silver Spring is definitely worth it. More

I recently bought a BMW X7 from BMW of Silver Spring. Scott Sohn was by sales representative. We did most of the negotiations online and he was very transparent about the whole process. I have had some bad experiences in my life regarding car dealerships but Scott was one of the most professional sales person I have met. I felt he would always put my interest first, knowing that it would also benefit him in the end. The pinnacle of a good salesman. When our whole family came in to the dealership for the new car, he was so kind and nice to my wife and children. He shared stories about his family also. I had the most pleasurable, non stressful experience turning in my 320i, 2 months early, which was on a lease. I've historically had great experience with BMW of Silver Spring. However mid October 2021 response was horrible. I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. I called the main service number who forward Spring. However mid October 2021 response was horrible. I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. I called the main service number who forwarded me to a line that nobody answered. I tried to call back and nobody answered. So I used their online request form that nobody has every responded. I called the parts department about a tire and adapter to take off the lock nuts - while he was nice he seemed very confused. Then I left a voice message with service that took over a week for my rep to call me back. In the meantime, I had to order the tire and have it replaced at another shop. Took so much time and simply wasn't a BMW-level experience. More
