I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Greene on the purchase of my new X3. I initially stopped by just to look around. I was considering a 4 series convertible and had some interest in the X3, but I wa purchase of my new X3. I initially stopped by just to look around. I was considering a 4 series convertible and had some interest in the X3, but I was also considering the Mercedes counterparts. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. We test drove both vehicles and he was able to provide me with lots of knowledge about each one. It was immediately clear that Kyle was well versed when it came to the vehicles. I told him I had no intention or purchasing today, and he still spent tons of time with me and educated me. You can tell he has a passion for BMW’s and truly believes in them. There was never any pressure to purchase. Kyle made me feel so comfortable and educated that I decided to purchase an X3 right away. When it came time to do the numbers, Kyle and his sales managers worked within my constraints until they had me at payment where I felt comfortable.
